“My husband and I adopted a 1-year-old Boston terrier mix named Enzo a month ago and brought him to Doggos for a day to see how he behaves with other dogs. He's energetic, extremely playful, and at times very annoyingly attention-demanding from other dogs. The staff and the people here are very understanding and kind with his quirky behavior. We bring him here so that he can learn from other dogs and are happy with every correction/advice being offered by the staff here. He also loses all his energy after an hour of play here and goes to sleep very well at night. After the first day of play, we purchased the annual membership here.“

“The prime rib (the primary reason I was there) was delicious, albeit a little salty. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones who received a slice towards the end of the roast. The rice pilaf and au jus were tasty. The green beans tasted like green beans. I like the ambiance in the bar area. What added joy to my experience was the bartender (for the life of me I can't remember her name and it disappoints me because I thought I'd written my review while I was at the restaurant but I must not have saved it or I forgot to hit the "post review" button.Anyway, she was so warm and welcoming. I wanted to try a different chardonnay and she offered me a sample of one. I ended up going with my tried-and-true Kendall Jackson to complete a wonderful meal.I'm looking forward to going back to try a few of their VT-specific dishes and hopefully upgrade my review to 5 stars.“

It's like climbing up a steep ladder, lol. But other than that, really enjoyed the way it was decorated. The service was super nice, helpful and timely. The food was so good! The French dip was packed with tender meat and the roll was soft, could of been toasted more, but delicious nonetheless. The Aus jus was seasoned to perfection. The steak fries were huge and lightly seasoned. Definitely recommend and would visit again when I'm back in town!“

“My husband and I had a awesome time Junior from the Steve Harvey show was awesome. Just went to another show with Coca Brown she was awesome. The only thing I didn't appreciate is being asked if two other people could sit at our table and we purchased food and drinks that should be a choice not something mandatory. And these comedians that come there they honestly have nasty attitudes about taking a picture etc unless they can make money off of it then it's beneficial to them. Now we purchase tickets patronizing and we all in a recession money is tight remember celebrities you didn't make it by yourself we helped get you were you at .I don't like having to sit with people that I don't know and the fact that they don't even ask. Cocktail Cove Bar •
115 W McGee St, Greensboro

“Now cocktail cove is very small and you don't know unless you know. It's not something that you can see from the corner of the street with big lights, but if you know where you're going it's a really good area to be in. It's very small but I guess you could call it intimate. It's more of a speakeasy kind of eye. If you read my reviews you know that this is definitely my kind of thing. They have an inside and an outside area, the bar area has seats in it and then it has a couple of sitting areas there. Literally a couple. And then they have outside seating which is still covered. They have seats and cushions so you can be comfortable. The bartender was super cool, gave us a little history lesson and everything. I really had no complaints about that, he was spot-on. I ordered a Mai Tai, and it was actually pretty good. I really have no complaints about that, the drink is really savory. This type of spot isn't the kind of spot that you would probably solely go to as far as your nightly and text, but if it was a stop on your list, this will be a good place to stop at. Or if you were just going for date night, this would be a great place to go because it's so intimate and quiet.“

Acoustic acts and check into the neighborhood sound ordinace. Utilize the shared driveway and say hello to the friendlies @Parts Unknown and @The bicycle storeI know the Greensboro music sceneOr did... Before I left west for Colorado for 7 years. That being said, post-party via The Blind Tiger, beat out Suds, share time with the Westwoods and say hello to the folks that could be pulled over from Common Grounds! Host open mics weekly, and bring in a deejay to spin at the pop up markets would be huge! Daniel did an Awesome job hosting all varieties, ethnicities and genders of local artists! Big win.Bartenders are lovely, space has a ton of character & characters. Bathrooms just need to be tended to and all that trash in between the building and the fence needs to be cleaned out. But it is like its own little city within the city and the patrons and local residents are like on big family and it is a place that I feel at home in. So if you feel like you are a square peg trying to find into a round hole out there in the other nightlife and social haunts out in the city of lights, ce join us scalawags over here in the corner of misfit toys. “I stopped in today in the late afternoon. There was someone leaving with a bag of food and asked if they had been there before, and the woman praised the establishment, though did say that sometimes food was a little slow coming out of the kitchen, depending on how busy they were. Duly noted. In I went! The main bar area was almost completely empty. The place has a dark, cozy feel. That comfortable neighborhood bar feel. Not the commercialized kind you find at a chain, the classic sense of one. I can't explain it better than that. They have four TVs up behind the bar, most were showing sports related content, one had on a made-for-TV movie that made me think it might have been the Hallmark channel? I'm not a sports guy, so I spent most of my meal either looking at the smaller screen which was scrolling pictures from their Halloween party, or reading the Captions on the TV movie. The Halloween party scroller adds to that sense that this is a friendly neighborhood staple, and the staff here take pride in being part of the community. For being a smaller bar, they have done a nice job at curating their spirits list. They have some of the typical "well" brands, a couple of common middle-shelf items, and a few surprises on there that were also priced lower than I'd found at other places. Even more surprising is that some of them were still in stock! The bartender (Kat) was very efficient and welcoming, she gave me her feedback on her favorites from the menu. When two other gentlemen came in and seated not far from me, she asked them if they were going to be getting lunch, so she could put their orders in ahead of the orders of a large party in an adjacent room. I thought this was pretty thoughtful of her, as the large party was likely in no hurry, but these two guys were in suits and might have needed to watch the clock.I had the Rueben, with onion rings, and I also ordered a side of cheese curds. The sandwich was excellent for the price point. Next time I might ask what the upcharge is to get extra meat. No complaints on the value as it stood. The onion rings were very good. I meant to ask if they make them or get them in frozen, but I forgot. They came with a side of a tangy, slightly spicy (Jalepeno?) sauce. At first I thought it was extra Thousand Island dressing by the color, but it was closer to "Bang Bang" sauce (typically found with a shrimp dish at other places). The cheese curds were... okay. They were fried a little too long, so many of them started to explode, clumping together, and the breading burned in places. They came with an herbed aoli that was pretty good. I think that might go much better with fries or maybe even on a burger. They have some neat sounding twists on their burgers, and have monthly burger specials. Next time I go, I will probably try one of the burgers.“
