Fun atmosphere, great drinks. Has pool tables and some arcade games. Dog friendly :)
Large selection of drinks and specialty cocktails. Super cute seating areas. Made a strong gin and tonic. Skinny marg was a little lacking.
Amazing service and super comfortable atmosphere! Anytime I want to go and have a drink with a friend or someone from out of town, I always go to George’s Garage. The photo booth, pool tables, and hang out space on the second half of the building are definitely my favorite part. Bartenders are all so beautiful and kind, always treating me with the utmost respect and gratitude!! It gets super popping on Friday and Saturday nights, so make sure you go to see if you see a friend!...read full review

George’s Garage is a wonderfully crafted, dog friendly space in Greensboro that looks like a simple mechanic’s garage from the outside but offers a classy cigar lounge vibe inside. The service is prompt, friendly, and attentive, with phenomenal bartenders and bouncers. The craft cocktails and beer selection are top-notch, including the best espresso martini in the triad. There is a dedicated “bar games” area with arcade games, air hockey, and pool, plus a hidden arcade behind the bar and a photo booth. Plenty of seating is available for intimate conversation or larger groups, with outdoor seating and a garage to invite the beautiful weather in. The spot has a killer soundsystem for game audio and the best view of the grasshopper fireworks every Friday and Saturday night. It is walking distance from other bars and next to the city’s number one brunch and fine dining restaurants, with easy parking nearby. Whether catching a game, enjoying quality whiskey, or grabbing a drink before shopping, this place is a must-visit.
