Today for the first time I was served a chopped hamburger on nachos and when I sent it back the "GM" was very rude and told me that I should have told them I didn't want a hamburger on my food because it's still "beef".. I am disgusted by the service I received today and before the restaurant responds I DARE you to look at those cameras and see who was in the wrong. This was simply another case of a white woman using her privilege to weaponize the police. Work on your customer service and de-escalation skills. “What else can I say but this place is exceptional. Today, we went to celebrate my wife's birthday as it is a family favorite. This place was busy! Spencer is already one of the hardest working Managers in Greensboro, and he was out there with the rest of the staff making sure everything was moving along. Our server, Alex, was incredible and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was exceptional, from appetizer to dessert. We had the Parmesan Artichoke cheese dip, the honey-chili aioli fried chicken sandwich, hot dog (for the kiddo), and for dessert we had the Kahlua Espresso Cheesecake (coffee w/ Bailey's for Mom and Dad). We are somehow always more impressed with this place every visit and can't wait to get back!“

“On Saturday we came to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. We called on Friday to “reserve” tables for 20 people. We were informed they didn’t do reservations but would put our name down. When we arrived they were ready for us. 👏🏾👏🏾. Our server was Tay and she was amazing 🤩. She was attentive to our needs and very friendly. The other server that assisted was great as well. “Only Been Here Once and I only Purchased One thing, but that alone was enough for me to give more items a try. I was hoping for a burger the day I came so I didn't end up getting food, but next time I'm in the mood for hot dogs I'll definitely be back because that Fruity Pebble Milkshake Was Heavenly and I need it again I hope they still have it when I come back I'm not sure if it's always been apart of the menu or just temporary because I don't typically eat here. Also if y'all don't already please bring a froot loop milkshake here that would be absolutely delicious and perfect just as the Fruity Pebble One is. Definitely look forward to trying the other treats there as well and food next time.“

“Coming from Miami and the fact I’m Cuban, I have to say their Cafe con Leche was to die for. They gave it to me in a mug which was a special touch. Muffins were outstanding !! Keep up the great job !! I’ll see you tomorrow, definitely recommend this small business !“

I got the Smokehouse burger, and my friend got the Jamtastic burger. 10 out of 10 would recommend. One of the best, if not, the best burger spots I've been to in Greensboro.“
