The atmosphere is great. Staff is great. Customer satisfaction is not in their repertoire. I ordered fried rice, tasted it, didn’t like it, server said he could not do anything about it. In order to retain customers, they must be satisfied. First and last visit for me!!!!
I had the pleasure of trying Bonchon today for the first time. My friend recommended it to me but I’ve been wanting to try it for a while. I went with my friend I got the lunch special 8 wings with seasoned fries. My friend got the fried rice & some potstickers for us to share.
The wings were everything I wanted them to be - crispy, delicious and juicy I absolutely loved them! I got the soy garlic flavor and it was so good. The fries were amazing I loved the crunch of them...read full review
