“I made a bad review awhile back because I was upset with the customer service about an incident that happened around shift change on a delivery. I honestly don’t usually do reviews unless it’s horrible or great. My main problem was because they were under staffed so it sent me to a call center that hung up on me so I had to drive to the location. After that that have done more than necessary to make things right. The manager is an absolute professional and does her best to run the business that way and after many returns I can only say I’ve had one bad stop here and it was a fluke. My kid requests this place now over others for quality but more importantly personality. I wanted to make a review bc I said I would 4 times before and they’ve been great every time!“

“We have pizza night every Friday night. I ordered my food online because you can earn free things. The managers name is Sammy and she has my order ready when I get there and she sees me coming and brings it right out. I never have to wait. She is so sweet and friendly.“

“This is my first time ordering. A bit pricey and I'm hard to please when it comes to pizza and wings. This is #3 on my closest to NY wings and pizza I've gotten in NC. As a native NYER This is a high honor. Wings were seasoned then fried. Still crispy once delivered and saucy, pizza was thin, cheesy and the sauce is perfect. This will be my go to so my fix for the foreseeable future.“

“Delicious Food, Great Experience, but Lighting Could Improve

We recently celebrated a birthday at [Restaurant Name], and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was prepared perfectly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

The only area that could use some improvement is the lighting in the dining space. It felt a bit too dim and could be brightened up to create a more comfortable atmosphere.

Other than that, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!“

“This highly rated place popped up as a close restaurant while we were visiting from out of town so we decided to go. I must say it did not disappoint and we went back two more times before our weekend was over.Pizza, Caesar salad, Buffalo wrap and wings were all tested and enjoyed thoroughly“

The cheesesteaks are what make me drive from near Greensboro to eat but everything is delicious from the ziti to the pizza and it might just be the best Stromboli I’ve ever had! We ordered the ziti for my son’s Ledford basketball team and they freaking loved it as well plus it was very reasonably priced. 10/10 the best around“

“My 1st time was 11/22/23, Everyone was so polite, dining area was clean and the aroma from the food had my mouth watering. The buffet bar ( starts at 5pm) was nice fresh pizza, salad and soup. My pizza/wings was soo good and not a long wait for takeout,my family will be a customer for life.“

“Ordered delivery. Pizza was good for the money. Large three item pizza. Bacon, pepperoni, and sausage. A little problem with the app saying there was an error after ordering. Called and no problem. Took a little longer for delivery because the app knew what hotel I was in and showed the address. I had to add the hotel name. For some reason the driver’s gps took him to the address but it wasn’t the entry to the Embassy so he showed up stopped down the roadway. But eventually he got here.“

“First time here as we live near the beach in NC. Came to High Point to visit a family member. So happy this place was suggested as it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in spite of my being GF and dairy free. Plus our waitress was fantastic. Always checking on us and so patient as I asked questions about the menu. You need to open one in either Wilmington or Shalotte NC. Even North Myrtle Beach SC. Would do very well located on the coast especially during the summer!“

“We have been eating the food from George’s Pizza for a long time, even before Covid took out most of the restaurants in our area. Yes, have had an occasional problem but with a quick phone call, the owner would make sure we were compensated and also gave an apology. George’s delivers by using their employees to bring whatever we ordered to our location, even when we were having a snow storm. Their location can be hectic at times, but the workers have always been genuinely kind. Anyone that has been disappointed, should give them another chance.“

“TLDR: OMG REAL PIZZAOrdered twice. Best gluten free pizza I have ever had. This is the second time I have ordered and now they have added little plastic pizza cutters to avoid CC from the one in store. Very thoughtful. Gluten intolerant with no rashes or side effects. ? Pricey but absolutely worth it. Nice people. Answers the phone and google messenger timely.“

“DOES NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Just purchased 2 crusader subs and while the menu that I found repeatedly connected with the location listed it at $7.99. We were charged nearly $30! When I called them to alert I was told they don’t have an online menu and that the charge was correct. Look for yourself. Google the south main location, go to top bar to menu and look it up for yourself. We will NEVER return. And to top it off the sandwich tastes terrible!!“

“I love how careful they are about allergies! I have a gluten, egg,and dairy sensitivity. I was excited to see they had all of their allergen information easy to find on their website, and even excited to see the ingredients for the Gluten Free dough listed out!! They also have a notice on the wall where you order telling you which items were Dairy Free and Gluten Free for easy access. Once they were informed my order was allergy-related, they made my pizza in back at a clean station! The Gluten Free pizza is also cooked in it's own aluminum container to prevent cross contamination while in the overn. It was cut with a clean slicer on its own plate. Very happy with how my pizza was handled plus it was delicious. They even have vegan + gluten free sorbets as a desert option!“

“Love Sir Pizza! It originated in our hometown and we travel there whenever we can. I picked up a pizza to take to the beach for my family. They were thrilled. Sir Pizza was very helpful when they understood what I was doing. Even suggested only cooking it halfway so we could finish cooking it at the beach! If you haven’t tried it yet you should!!!!!“

“Super fast delivery and order is always right!! The staff is very friendly and the delivery driver is very friendly every time! There’s always some kind of “deal” going on and we love the $6.99 Medium Pizza Deal where you can add a variety of other menu items for $6.99. The App is very user friendly and it’s really helpful and handy. There’s also always “coupons” along with the “deals” available so you always have a good choice no matter which one you choose to apply to your order. There’s also rewards that you can join up to earn and it only takes a few seconds to join up for the rewards. Highly recommend with 5 stars all the way every single time!“

“Next to the bowling alley on South Fairfield in High Point, North Carolina what a great place to visit. The waitress that helped me was so helpful so nice and so inviting. Customers engaging and helping me with my order. The wait time was really quick and the food was delicious. Absolutely probably the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. I ordered the supreme personal pan pizza ( olives were a bit salty) lemon pepper wings & hot And regular buffalo wings, I was in and out and probably less than 30 minutes. The place was not crowded. A group of Firemen were sitting having their lunch. The atmosphere was really quiet and nice. The place was very clean and I enjoyed just sitting watching and waiting for my food to come up, if you ever want quick lunch a small 4 slice personal pan pizza and hot wings this is the spot. They also encourage you to pick super lunch meal deals.. great prices, this is now my new “go to”place .I think you should try this place. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday’s.. Mon-Thursday 11a-8:30p
I give this place a Huge 9.5 out of 10 score.

“Husband had this pizza years ago at a rural location. He completely forgot about it until seeing sign at a different location in another very rural area. I personally have never had it and I'm extremely picky when it comes to pizza. It's one of my favorite foods. Well he suggested I try it because he remembers loving it over a decade ago. So I agreed and got a simple pepperoni pizza and then drove 15 mins home. Only cost $11.99 plus tax for a 12" Pizza which is cheapest pizza I've ever purchased. I had to rewarm it which made me hesitant on the quality. I was totally wrong. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN. First purchase for me was yesterday and today I went out and bought 2 more. Great dough, sauce, cheese the works. I will forever be a Hunt Brothers Pizza only..“

“I've enjoyed Hunt Bros. for over 20 years. The slices are a great after work snack and on a "we just want the whole thing" night, one phone call is all. Our local Marathon ladies make them less than a mile from our house !“

“This place is nice and welcoming- the employees are very friendly. I ordered cheese pizza for my kids- they will make it the way you want. I asked them to make my pizza separate so it doesn’t come in contact with any meat- they did a great job.
Highly recommended and i will definitely be trying a different pizza next time.
They also have gluten free dough.
They just need little more cleaning inside and out.

Vegetarian options: Vegan dough- vegan cheese- 10/10“

“We were coming into town at it was getting late, we called and they stayed open for us and made our food. Not only was it one of the best meals we ever had, we ordered there the next day as well. The owner/manager really made us feel welcomed in Greensboro. We just wish we had this establishment back in Charlotte. Definitely a 10/10. Would give it an 11/10 if possible.“

“Food: Loved breakfast! Scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, shredded hash browns, and biscuit all prepared perfectly and served hot.
Fried baby shrimp, hush puppies, baked potato all nice. The shrimp was not over cooked.
Lasagna and calzone were OK but could use more seasoning.
Country style steak with gravy was a bit overcooked. Mac and cheese had a nice consistency.
Service: All servers were friendly and helpful. Came back at the right time.
Atmosphere: What you would expect at a family restaurant. I like that it wasn't overly noisy with the high ceilings designed to echo.
Obviously I've been here several times. A pleasant place to eat with family or visit with friends. The menu has a wide variety of selections. Prices are reasonable.“

“Ordered 2 pizzas a bbq chicken no onions, and a chicken bacon ranch. Got home the pizzas were completely wrong, a supreme and a pepperoni mushroom. So I drove back, I was annoyed. Called them and let them know the order was wrong and was told I’d have new pizzas when I arrived.

I went inside, nicely showed my receipt and explained what happen. I didn’t even have to complain. Just explained, and what did they do?

Let me keep the 2 pizzas, gave me the correct ones remade and fresh with a short priority wait: AND a $15 credit under my phone number when I visit next, staff was nice, apologetic and friendly.

Being kind goes a long way, will definitely be coming to this location, the staff here is wonderful and even though I got the wrong food I got double the amount, got to try something different and an in store credit that doesn’t expire. I wish I could give more stars.“

“I thought I would never again taste food like my Aunt Hattie made it, but today a friend took me to University Kitchen for lunch, and I had green beans, stewed cabbage, fried chicken livers, and cornbread. It was like going back in time to my Aunt Hattie's kitchen and once again tasting good old country cooking at its best. They have managed to keep those great vintage recipes alive, and I now have a new favorite restaurant. Everyone who worked there was amiable and on top of service. It was great!“

“As the famous Patrick Star once said, "I LOVE BEING PURPLE!!!!" I was super intrigued to try this place out. I placed my order for a large pizza expecting a delicious Purple Pie. When I went to pick it up a few things entered my mind like "is this the next Grimace Shake?" and "What will this taste like? Grape?" my expectations were through the roof. When i arrived back with the pie I opened the box and was shocked. It was a standard looking pizza. Not purple at all! It was a rather disappointing revelation but nonetheless I downed a slice and it was pretty solid. Not grape flavor but a solid pizza overall. I'm just now understanding that Purple is to represent the main color of High Point. I'm not the sharpest shed in the tool. Overall pizza is bussin. 4 stars“

“The pizza here is quite delicious and it is cooked right then and there. No picking up old pizza here. Its only downfall is the atmosphere. The place doesn't look great that's for sure. A hot and small front entrance, is only good for placing an order. Still, I would recommend trying them out first, you may be surprised.“

“My order arrived cold tonight so I called to inform the manager, he told me that he didn't believe me and was very rude then he hung up on me. I called back, he answered the phone and yelled that he had refunded my payment and hung up on me again. I will never order anything from them again. When you order your food online or call ahead and pay for your food, on arriving there they'll ask you over a million times what did you order and what's your name! I guess that's to make sure they don't get your order mixed up with another customers order, but at any rate I'm not a huge Papa John fan but if you like PJ's then head on over and get yourself in line because even if you order online and call ahead and prepay for your pizza, you're still going to wait about thirty minutes before your served, but the pizza ??? will be fresh and hot?!?“

“We ordered delivery, had to try the. We Shaq-a-roni.. we were missing some items, it was completely the door dashers fault, she admitted forgetting them, went back to her car then speed off without coming back to our door. We have a ring bell… so now we are missing wings and 5 cheese sauces.. so I call the store. DYLAN was AMAZING!! Explains my cheese sauces were in another box that I did receive!! And explained he had problems with the dasher driver earlier in the evening.. the pizza is delicious!!! And Dylan refunded the item I was missing, but also offered to remake it and have it resent as well as a future credit with the store. He did what I asked with kindness and willingness to make it right!! If it weren’t for how good the pizza is and Dylan I wouldn’t have became a returning customer tonight!“
