I am a delivery driver this is by far one of the best Papa John's in this area! Anytime I have had a pick up it was ready right away. The guys working there are great. They are friendly as well as efficient and accurate. If I was using a delivery service I would definitely use the location. I want to thank Vince and Mark that helped me tonight. They both have great smiles and personalities.
My order arrived cold tonight so I called to inform the manager, he told me that he didn't believe me and was very rude then he hung up on me. I called back, he answered the phone and yelled that he had refunded my payment and hung up on me again. I will never order anything from them again. I called the customer service number and reported my horrible experience.. unprofessional and terrible customer service from the manager.
