“Great food, good atmosphere. Customer service was excellent. It was only me, but they took good care of my. The men's bathroom did have a lake leak from the ceiling that kept splashing on me while I used the urinal, but other than that, it was a perfect experience.“
“Very good stromboli's. Not too greasy. We had a large group for lunch but the diner is very small. Food came out quick and the staff are friendly. Excellent marinara as well. I would highly recommmend. Our group had a variety of stromboli's, calzone's and salads. Everyone enjoyed. As an italian resteraunt, Blue Naples is on the high end of the average. Good everything but nothing spectacular. We did not have the meatballs but I have heard those are good.“
“I was picking up an order. My husband was in a rehab after having g surgery.. service was topnotch. The hostess even helped me out to my car (9pm). That was so helpful, without asking for assistance.We will return.Wheelchair accessibility: Unsure. I did have a cane and waited just out of the take out area. I do say that all the employees I had a reason to meet or talk to were very helpful and gracious.“
“My family always orders delivery and we have never had an issue. Even on nights that would be seemingly busy, their service is always quick. While this is not authentic Italian food, it is still delicious. Our food is always hot when delivered which lets us know it’s fresh. The delivery driver is typically the same gentleman and he is always kind. Thank you for your consistently good service!“
“They have limited their menu items, but what is available is delicious. The salads are crisp and fresh; the wings are crispy and saucy; the hamburgers are juicy and well seasoned. We enjoy their pizza and pastas also. A great place for reasonably priced, tasty meals, with excellent service.“
“We tried this place for the first time this weekend after hearing a lot of good things, and we were absolutely not disappointed! Despite being very busy, the restaurant had a nice, chill vibe to it. Our server was very friendly, quick with anything we needed, and our drinks stayed full. She recommended a boneless wing sauce to my husband that turned out to make for the best boneless wings we've ever had (and his standards for those are sky high). The chicken was fresh, tender, and the bourbon molasses sauce was absolutely delicious. The fried pickles as an app were good - the batter would have benefitted from a little more seasoning, and overall a little more flavor would have made them perfect, but overall enjoyable! I got a grilled chicken club, which I really enjoyed. The croissant was fluffy and soft, and the grilled chicken itself was perfectly cooked. The fries were awesome - well seasoned, perfectly cooked, and crispy. Every plate that went by us to another table looked phenomenal too...next time, I'm definitely interested in trying a flat bread and the salad bar!“
