“Used to bake the best house pizzas in Kernersville. Their pizza has changed and it seems to taste like cardboard with a small amount of vegetables. Please bring back the original pizza!“

“My family and I have been residents of Kernersville for five years. Recently, I came across several positive reviews of Naples on the Kernersville 411 Facebook page, which prompted my family and I to give them a try. We have since dined there on two consecutive days. On Thursday, we had an dine-in experience, ordering two personal pizzas, a pasta dish, and a steak and cheese sub. The establishment was initially warm, but upon our seating, the staff promptly activated the fans and air conditioning, which contributed to a three-star rating for the ambiance. The food was served hot and was exceptionally flavorful, and the customer service was outstanding. Today, Friday, we placed a to-go order, which was ready in 20 minutes. We waited on the outdoor bench, and when our order was ready, a staff member brought it to the door, providing us with plates, napkins, Parmesan cheese, and crushed peppers. My family ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and an 8-inch steak and cheese sub. We are now thoroughly impressed and intend to become regular customers.“

“I normally don’t write reviews. This was My Family and I first time here. It’s nothing fancy but it was nice. We had a big group (12) there was enough seating for us and our food came out fairly quick. There was an issue with our pizza being dropped (things happen) The lady at the counter was very nice and apologetic. They already had a new pizza in the oven and offered us chips or fries while we waited. Which the pizza came out in no time, she even brought it to us and apologized again and asked if we needed anything else. The young man busing tables was very friendly and helpful. I wish I would have got their names to give them kudos but they unfortunately don’t have name tags.“

“I don’t like to leave bad reviews. I’m a business owner and we all have bad days.
But I cannot find anywhere where you can get some help with your order.

I’ve been ordering the same pizza and sides weekly for a while now. I switched the side today but I think the cook was drunk.
The garlic knots are bad but the pizza is worse.
Boxes weren’t sealed.

“The manager on duty was on fire tonight. It was Friday and super busy per usual. The manager was running front end, training a cashier and running her own register while keeping out back ontop of what they were needing. One of the best trips to a pizza joint in a while.“

“I live in a weird spot right between both stores so somehow my order was canceled. Called the one on 66 and got zero answers so I called the one on South Main( which is the store I like better anyway) and Chance absolutely was the savior of dinner tonight . Fixed the issue and rushed me some pizza out immediately . This store is way better than the other Domino's around this area .“
