Absolutely amazing experience at the Domino’s on Shallowford! From start to finish, the food and customer service were honestly outstanding.

I accidentally ordered from this location without realizing it at first and went to the wrong store initially. Once I figured it out and made my way to the correct Domino’s, it ended up being completely worth the extra trip. The team there was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional.

Denton and Charity went above and beyond to help me, and there was also another female employee (I didn’t catch her name) who was just as kind and helpful. They made my pizza exactly to my specifications, and it came out PERFECT. You can really tell they care about doing things right and making customers happy.

The pizza was so good that after eating a slice in my car, I literally went back inside just to tell them how great of a job they did. That’s how impressed I was.

Great food, great attitudes, and genuinely excellent service. This location truly stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back.“

“This Pizza Hut has always been pretty solid, but lately they have been knocking it out of the park. I don't know if they're under new management or something but I've gotten pizza twice in the last couple of weeks and it's been some of the best pizza I've ever had.“

I do wish some of the florets and ricotta lumps had been more bite sized, but I understand chopping up frozen broccoli isn’t always an easy feat nor is scooping ricotta from a tub, and the pizza was still great! My only complain is the garlic knots; I’ve never had wetter garlic knots, it was like biting into a sponge soaked in old garlic butter. My family loves any type of buttery bread anything but none of us found these palatable. I’d never order the garlic knots again, but the pizza is delicious with exciting topping combinations that are hard to find elsewhere.“

“Our service was exceptional! They seated us immediately despite the parking lot being full. Food came out quickly. I will say my burger lacked basic amounts of salt. The portions are generous! Especially the desserts, definitely a 4 person split! The restaurant was full so there was a high level of talking happening.

“Shannon is a great manager. I have a been a professional chef for over 20 years and I have managed several top brand hotels, restaurants etc. I bring my daughters to this location at least twice a month and it’s never been a miss. The staff and the managers greet you when you walk in the door. He gave me information about downloading the app and using those points towards free buffets, discounts etc. The way his staff responds to him is also I sign off of his great management/leadership skills. Is the pizza the best , Absolutely not. Are the prices fair, Absolutely. When managers engage with customers in a positive manner it says something not only about the character of the business and culture, It’s also tells you about the character of the individual. I’m pleased with the way my family and I were treated and thought that Shannon deserved to be recognized.“

“I had a really great experience at Domino’s, and I honestly wanted to take the time to recognize the excellent customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and organized, and everything seemed to be running smoothly. What really stood out, though, was John. He was an amazing help throughout the entire process. He greeted me with a positive attitude, was very patient while answering my questions, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it.

It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely seems to care about making sure customers have a good experience, but John definitely did. He went above and beyond to be polite, professional, and attentive, which made a big difference. My food came out fresh, hot, and exactly on time, and the whole interaction just felt easy and pleasant.

Because of the great service I received, I’ll absolutely be coming back again. Employees like John are a big reason why places keep loyal customers, and he truly deserves recognition for the effort he puts into his job. “My husband and I came in for the first time today. We just wanted a few slices, and some fries. The man at the counter (the owner I believe) was so kind and warm right off the bat. We sat down after ordering and waited a short time for our food. When it came out, the slices were hot and fresh. We were missing our fries, and the owner got them right away. He didn’t charge us for them either, which was so nice, and not even necessary! The pizza was delicious! You could tell they weren’t just sitting there waiting to be warmed up. We loved the sauce! We've been going here for many years so we know it takes awhile for the stromboli..but..we waited 1 hour for our food,with only 3 tables of customers other than us,we couldn't understand the wait. Although the to -go orders were rolling out. If I call in an order a stromboli takes 30 minutes to get,but 1 hour to get dine-in. Not just a one time thing. The last 3 times we've been it's taken that long and the restaurant was alot busier then. Just seemed like the take- out orders were a priority. Will still return, just have to make sure we're not in a hurry.“

Each time I go, the experience is relatively the same. I always go for a hot and ready pick-up (I need to remember to use the app more), and it's always ready when I get there, or I have to wait a few moments, because I live so close to this location.

This time, I got something I had never had before: some of their Garlic Parmesan wings. They were good, but I had never seen chicken wings smaller than these; they must have come from some kind of dwarf chicken. However, save for their size, they were good, even if they were a bit salty.

I enjoyed my experience, and when I am in a time crunch again, I am sure I will be back!“
