Absolutely amazing experience at the Domino’s on Shallowford! From start to finish, the food and customer service were honestly outstanding.

I accidentally ordered from this location without realizing it at first and went to the wrong store initially. Once I figured it out and made my way to the correct Domino’s, it ended up being completely worth the extra trip. The team there was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional.

Denton and Charity went above and beyond to help me, and there was also another female employee (I didn’t catch her name) who was just as kind and helpful. They made my pizza exactly to my specifications, and it came out PERFECT. You can really tell they care about doing things right and making customers happy.

The pizza was so good that after eating a slice in my car, I literally went back inside just to tell them how great of a job they did. That’s how impressed I was.

Great food, great attitudes, and genuinely excellent service. This location truly stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back.“

“Only Chinese food I eat. It is the best. Maybe reviews that are over 6 months old should be removed. I am a very frequent customer and won't get Chinese food from anywhere else.Edit: Still the best. Moved back to Winston Salem and this is the only place I get my Chinese food.“

Ordered a deep dish The Works and it was loaded! Bread sticks were better than any place I've had as well. Found us a new pizza joint... Husband did a door dash and it smelled so good we went back for our own! Service was friendly and excellent! Prices great!

“My wife and I are at Kickback Jack's last night. We both ordered the 7 ounce sirloin with mashed potatoes and salads. The steaks were perfectly cook and melt in your mouth tender. Our salads and mashed potatoes were delicious. The salad dressing tasted in house made and was delicious. Our waitress was kind and really worked while we were there. She did a great job! I like Kickback Jack's much better that Texas Roadhouse. Thank you Kickback Jack's for pleasant experience.“

“I had a really great experience at Domino’s, and I honestly wanted to take the time to recognize the excellent customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and organized, and everything seemed to be running smoothly. What really stood out, though, was John. He was an amazing help throughout the entire process. He greeted me with a positive attitude, was very patient while answering my questions, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it.

It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely seems to care about making sure customers have a good experience, but John definitely did. He went above and beyond to be polite, professional, and attentive, which made a big difference. My food came out fresh, hot, and exactly on time, and the whole interaction just felt easy and pleasant.

“My husband and I came in for the first time today. We just wanted a few slices, and some fries. The man at the counter (the owner I believe) was so kind and warm right off the bat. We sat down after ordering and waited a short time for our food. When it came out, the slices were hot and fresh. We were missing our fries, and the owner got them right away. He didn’t charge us for them either, which was so nice, and not even necessary! The pizza was delicious! You could tell they weren’t just sitting there waiting to be warmed up. We loved the sauce! The owner came out once more just to check in, and told us a little about the place. It was such an awesome, easy, perfect experience. We will definitely be back! “Food was good. Way better than the chicken wings we got a Buffalo Wild Wings a couple weeks ago. Our server was friendly, but slow. Many times I seen the workers standing around chatting while we were waiting on them to help our table. The place didn’t look too bad, but it wasn’t very clean.“
