Terrible customer service! Ordered food at this location for everyone at work. It was picked up. Several items that we paid for were missing and one of the orders was incorrect. I reached out and they said they would reimburse me for the missing items. It never happened. Called again and was told a manager would call me back to be reimbursed. Never happened…again! It has now been two weeks. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend!
TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!
12/24/22 we order 25 wings and 2 pub bite orders via online. When I picked the food up they ran out of the wings and could not reimburse us for the wings!!! I spoke with the manager that day she said her manager would have to take care of it. They didn't so I went back spoke to the Blonde manager she said she would take it to the owner and still have not been reimbursed. The staff obviously do not care about stealing money!!.
