THE DRINK MACHINE IS FILTHY! It literally smells like SugarHoneyIcedTea - and not from their tea! It’s mold and can tell it’s very old contents just sitting at the bottom of the drink machine and none of the employees are bothered! One person even more tea out ignoring the smell and the evidence that it desperately needs cleaning! First and last time at this location! Makes me not trust the food!
Food was good but drive thru was very rude I asked politely for them to throw away a drink from my car and they said who do you think I am
Shout out to Country club rd manager and team member at drive thru just now for being so kind and they made sure food for my daughter was fresh and good. My daughter is so picky and they delivered exceptional care and I appreciate great customer service.

Bojangles is a mixed bag of experiences. One location stands out for its cleanliness and attention to detail, with staff wearing gloves while preparing sandwiches. The food is very good, salty, but good, and meets expectations of this chain. However, another location falls short, with a dirty prep area, careless food handling, and old-tasting fries. The workers are friendly and in clean uniforms, and restaurant tables and chairs are wiped and clean. Despite some service issues, staff members shine with their customer service skills, but can be slow to serve, especially at the drive through, where wait times can be up to 20 minutes.
