Love this place for crispy wings and amazing fresh chips. Just have to stop in when I visit my son. Salads are fresh too and the service is always friendly and appear to enjoy their jobs.

Waiter was too high to function. White dude with dreads forgot to put our order in, resulting in a 45 minute wait time, despite being one of maybe 4 patrons. When we asked for our checks, we waited another 15 minutes for him to remember that he was working and bring them to us. Tables seated after us were served at least 20 minutes sooner. If you're someone who values their time, avoid this poorly run establishment.

my salad was just lettuce with two pretzels bites. The wings i order was bang bang with no heat and they gave me pure Buffalo sauce with 2 heat index when i asked for no heat.

Good spot for a quick bite. Don't expect to watch a game unless you are able to grab a spot at the limited bar seating. Minimal tv's, more of a family restaurant vibe than a sports bar. Staff is nice, and attentive. But all in all, great family wing night restaurant!

Just realized i didn't take a single picture of my food, and makes sense because nothing was picture worthy..... I grew up in Winston Salem and was in town visiting family. I decided to stop at my favorite childhood wing spot with my cousin and we agreed that this was the worst service we've experienced in a long time. We also brought my 2 year old godson with us. They weren't very busy inside but the server was all over the place, had to remind her multiple times for different things after already requesting them once (straws, refills, napkins, sides, etc.) i ordered the new spicy margarita and after 15 minutes i stopped her and asked her if my drink was still coming (also if we could finally order) and she said the bartender was "making it now" then proceeded to ask me "what did you get again?" Once i remind her she goes to the bar and brings me back a margarita but it didn't have any garnishes described on the menu. When i asked her if i could have the drink on the menu, she said the bartender (a very older white male) told her to tell me "all of the drinks ingredients are in the drink so I've got what i ordered" in all reality, this was probably the moment i should've spoken to the manager , but i don't even know if a manager was on duty at all because no one came by our table to see how "things were going" at any point of our meal. Don't recall a manager walk thru to ANY table now thinking back.. After 19 minutes of waiting to order, we were finally able to place our requests. We waited for a long time, about 20 minutes later, the server comes up to inform me that the location was out of the appetizer corn i ordered and asked if i wanted something else, i said no, but when are our actual meals coming out....mostly confused why im being informed about an appetizer 20 minutes after its been ordered to know im not going to get it. She said the food should be out in " 2 minutes" .... So 6 minutes later, our room temperature wings came out and none of our sides or dipping sauces-- all by a different server . Our actual server came back to the table moments after the drop off and asked "besides napkins, what else can i get yall?" I began the list "napkins, refills, the sauces, my celery, her chips--" she blamed the kitchen staff for not having everything and "didn't know what they have going on back there tonight" I've worked in food service as well as hospitality for almost 15 years now, and i know that although it is BOH responsibility to prepare the food, it is FOH responsibility to ensure it's right before it comes to the table. It is also their responsibility to check on their tables and inform management when a customer experience is turning for the worse. The last time i visited this location, there was a lady by the name Michara who was truly just phenomenal. I believe she was a manager, at least that's how she carried herself. I don't know what happened to her, but someone should contact her and inquire if she's interested in returning. My favorite part of every experience at an East Coast Wings is the skillet cookie. I didn't order one solely based on the expectation of something going wrong with it. I did place a to go order to take home to my mom and my cousin placed one for hers. A lady brought one bag with "all" the to-go food over to the table and we asked it it could be bagged separately because we weren't leaving together. The lady took the food away... about 5 minutes later we asked our server what happened with our to-go orders because they came by but never came back-- she left to check on it and when that came back out only half of the order was available (when i said half, i got my mom the teriyaki burger and chips and the lady handed me a bag with a to go box of CHIPS ONLY) She said "the kitchen is finishing up the rest of the order" ... why was it coming to us if it wasn't ready to begin with!?!?! I don't recomm
