“I have eaten at East Coast Wings & Grill many times for the chicken wings which are the best I have ever had. So, it was really hard to try something new but I did and it did not disappoint. I had the Philly Steak with the chips, it was absolutely mouth watering. I would recommend East Coast Wings & Grill in Mocksville, NC to anyone. Family friendly & GREAT customer service. “The food is as good as always. The portions aren't what they use to be. I can't speak for all Bojangles, but the Mocksville location seems to be having staffing issues. Maybe it's the labor pool, maybe it's the pay scale.“

“I have ordered delivery 2 times in the past 2 weeks from this location. The order is accurate, fast, fresh and hot when delivered. The delivery drivers have been nice and verifying the delivery to me. I will keep ordering from this location as long as they keep up the great work/service.“

“Normally, when I come in here, my experience is just OK. A lot of times the order isn’t right. But they always fix it this time however. I saw a new face. This guy, Anthony. When I first walked in, another customer was thanking him for his good customer service and I found out why. He was very courteous. The new machines you have to order from makes it difficult to make certain arrangements and adjustments to your order. So I asked him if it could be done. He asked me what adjustment do I need to make and I told him. Not only did he remember, but he packed everything that we needed and got everything right the first time. This man understands customer service. The food was OK. But its customer service is what led me to the review. Whoever Anthony is. He needs a raise immediately.“

“we ordered from them this past weekend and got expired salads. I called and asked for my money back and they refused. I will not be going back to them. previous to that we ordered and got food 2 hours late and it was so horrible we couldn't eat it needless to say our marinara sauce was expired. we didn't get any credit for that either. so for two orders being messed up they're offering us only $30 credit I don't want credit I want my money back. the only thing they're selling is expired stuff. between them and the advance store the customer service was totally ridiculous and totally unacceptable. I have asked for Paul to call and he has yet to call. so from the owner all the way down to the customer service people in the building is just total unacceptable service.“
