“This Zaxby’s is very dirty. I walked in and my shoes were sticking to the floor. I sat down after I found a cleaner table but I did have to wipe it off. I tried wiping another one and my napkin stuck to the table. It was later in the afternoon so there’s no reason it had not been cleaned. On a positive note my next trip I did drive through and the service was excellent. The lady that gave me my food was just bubbly!“

“Just coming off a trip from Pilot mountain, wanted some chicken on the way back home. Stopped by here, and the service was excellent. The lady at the window was very kind and had us on our way in about 5 minutes, so the food was quick too. The food was delicious and we had zero complaints.
Thanks you for restoring my faith in a KFC.“
