slowest service. took 20 minutes to even order with no one in line. and took 20 more to receive food. dissappointed
This Zaxby’s is very dirty. I walked in and my shoes were sticking to the floor. I sat down after I found a cleaner table but I did have to wipe it off. I tried wiping another one and my napkin stuck to the table. It was later in the afternoon so there’s no reason it had not been cleaned. On a positive note my next trip I did drive through and the service was excellent. The lady that gave me my food was just bubbly!

Everything is made perfectly and the workers are very kind and professional. The Asian salad is a favorite, and they are about to have an Asian wrap. The staff is amazing, very sweet, and the restaurant is very clean. Even when busy during a dinner rush, customers are taken care of. While there can be a bit of a wait due to being short staffed, it is completely understandable. This establishment has stepped in the right direction.
