Would’ve left a lower score if it was possible. Was eating my dinner with my family and witnessed the staff call the police on a guy. He literally did nothing wrong. He came in purchased his food and sat down and ate, once finished he got up and left. A few minutes later his car was surrounded by police. Bottom line myself nor my family will ever eat here or any of Sam Mahalingam’s stores, and you shouldn’t either unless you want to get the police called on you for ordering and eating your food.

This Zaxbys is located in the King Wal-Mart parking lot. I have tried to order dinner here four times and every time they are out of a number of different items. Almost every time it was boneless chicken. No zack sauce and not enough ingredients to make the salads. I had to ask what they did have. Today I wound up with the Asian sensation salad. After I ordered they told me that they ran out of the egg roll that was supposed to be in it. The salad was OK and tasted good but was not as good as others from Wendys or Chick-fil-a. I will probably try them again in a week or two to see if they have all the items they advertise on the menu board.

the only have 4 workers working the drive thru was so backed up we had to come inside. there’s was a line of 12 people inside waiting on food it’s jus very unnecessary for people to wait that long on some

Got 20 bone-in wings and a Cobb salad. The wings were awesome as always. The salad tasted a little off but was still edible. About six hours after consuming this food I got the most horrible food poisoning I've ever had. Zaxby's please check the freshness of ur salads so nobody else gets sick from eating them.
