“Food was perfect. Chicken was just perfect, tender juicey delicious. Fries perfectly season and cooked. Tea was a nice surprise and also delicious. Service was fine but for waiting on change, food was served before I got the change. Atmosphere, well it is attached to a truck stop. But the food though, is worth it.“

“The only reason I'm giving five stars on service for this place is because of a dedicated employee barely 16 or 17 years old that was working her butt off to try to make things run as smooth as she could. This poor girl was running the drive-thru, the counter, and also running food back and forth from the restaurant to the parking lot where the cars were piling up. I'm sure she was getting a lot of grief from all of the customers but she handled it really well and still had a smile on her face. I believe her name was Jennifer. I hope the right person notices her and gets her into a management trainee program. I did have to wait over 30 minutes for my food but I did notice what she was doing and how hard she was working and when I got my food it was all correct thanks to her and her great attitude.“

“Came in to this one to try and buy some new key chain for my gfs bday. Guy at the counter gave a very warm and kind greeting. They stopped selling them and I didn’t know. The man behind the counter took his own key chain of his own keys and gave it to me. This is what chicfila is all about. Big shout out to the guy working at about 5:30 on 12/28. You are the man.“

“First time here, the food was fresh, and everything was correct. When we got to the window, the worker started handing me drinks, but none of them are labeled or buttons punched down. They weren't made by the person in the window, so she has no idea which is which. So we can taste test amongst family in our car which one is correct for each person. Something so easy to do, punch down diet or Dr. P, sounds pretty easy to me. The workers could care less at the location.“
