“Editing one more time. Talked to I'm assuming a manager and they were great helping with my issue on this order. I order here about once a week (for one person anyways) so bumping the stars back up.

Edit to add----They finally failed me. This is disappointing, same order, same restaurant, last one was 2 weeks ago, this one's from today. I was trying to tell my dad how good the Philly cheesesteak one is and they definitely are going to prove me wrong. There's barely any toppings....and he unfortunately felt sick after his two slices he ate.

This location hasn't failed me yet. They make a dang good pizza. My only complaint is if I don't order it well done, it tends to need a little extra cooking at home. Either way, not a big deal because they do an amazing job on their pizzas.“

“It's a Papa John's take-out (aren't they all?). If you like PJ's pizza, you'll like this place. It's in a half-dead strip mall, so there's loads of parking right outside the door.

The building manager has recently repaired the large areas of broken paving, so if you didn't like that it was like driving down a gravel road, it's OK to come back now because the pavement has been repaired.“

“First I’d like to say that I’ve been going to this Zaxbys since I was in middle school and NEVER that I can remember have had a bad experience here. 10/10

Today we got dinner here in the drive thru and got the food home to realize that our order of fried pickles was missing. I went back to the restaurant about 30 mins after we’d been through and asked about the missing item and they didn’t ask one question or complain. The window staff was very kind and apologized about the inconvenience.

Their customer service has always been good for me personally. Great fast food spot, everyone seems happy to work there (whether they actually are or not lol).“

“Highly recommend this Hungry Howie's location!! My family and I ordered stuffed crust pepperoni pizza (garlic herb crust), deep dish bread sticks, and a bunch of ranch cups and pizza sauce cups. The owner double and triple checked that we had all our ranch/pizza sauce cups and was super friendly when I picked up my order. The store front and kitchen area looked very clean. The pizza and bread sticks were terrific!! I will definitely be back when I'm in the area again.“

“My friend from out of town came to visit. We decided that a Monday night would be perfect to dally during dinner at Chili’s. We got our table and our server asked what she could get us for drinks. We ordered soup to nuts and specifically asked that the order not be put in because we wanted a leisurely dinner. Our server said ok. Imagine our surprise when all the food came in the next 20 minutes. After my discussion with our server, who had a bad attitude and did not “own” the issue, she must have sent the manager over. We discussed the issue, he saw the table covered with food, and promptly apologized. I felt so much better that someone saw the issue. He said he would make it right and I told him he already did. This manager, Jay, went above and beyond to care about the situation and how I felt. Kudos to Jay for making something not so good to great! Aside from my issues with service, the food was excellent. Since we took a lot of it home I’m sure we’ll enjoy it again.“

“My wife and children's favorite pizza place, ironically not for their pizza. They love the crazy combo. The puffs are great and my go to item. Staff are usually alright here, but occasionly there'll be someone with an attitude working the register.“

“Just had an amazing experience at this location thanks to the manager on duty Larry! I drive for UBEReats and took a late night order from this location. When I arrived they had already been closed for 20 minutes and were cleaning for the night. I was informed that another driver had picked up the food and apparently stolen it instead of delivering. Larry went above and beyond to remake the order for this customer and I cannot thank him enough!!! Thank you Larry for your amazing service!!“

“Talk about a surprise!
Normally KFCs can be slow... But my experience today was GREAT!
(Other reviews talk about the BAD teenage staff on weekends, but I'm reviewing the polite adult ladies who were running things for a Thursday lunch.)
I ordered and planned on going to the restroom before my food was ready, but the cashier handed me my cup and I had barely filled my drink when my order came up!
The chicken was fresh, crispy, and juicy. Flavor-wise, it's well seasoned and properly salted, plus it's fall-off-the-bone tender.
The sides were generous and flavorful. Potatoes and gravy did benefit from a salt and a pepper packet, but weren't bland otherwise. I've had corn that's old and dry, but their was fresh and popping with flavor. And the coleslaw was crisp, cold, and not runny.
This was probably one of my top 2 experiences at KFC ever, if not #1.
My only recommendation would be to use a better degreaser for mopping the restroom. The floor is disconcertingly greasy, but otherwise free of debris. It's obviously they clean, but the product they're using has its limitations.
The dining room was very clean and they had golden oldies playing at a very reasonable volume.
Nevermind, the greasy bathroom floor notwithstanding, this is the best KFC I've ever eaten at.

“I had placed a remake order today , a door dash mistake from the first time I ordered earlier in the month , on the way there to pick it up and was not able to cancel, when I called later they remade my whole order again even though I offered to just heat it back up as it was not their fault , over a great place and I always love their pizza !“
