The cheesesteak egg rolls are absolutely delicious. We enjoyed playing the claw machine game while waiting too. Went home with 5 new stuffies lol
We have eaten at this restaurant several times their pizza is amazing and the wings are the best you will find anywhere. We dine in sometimes but also do take out. If you like wings you will not be sorry you tried this place.
Want to make sure everyone around the Salisbury and surrounding areas as a NYer I've tried all pizza spot but found a gem in Granite Quarry NC. They have absolutely the best pizza around. Wings are 10 out of 10. So hard to find great NY pizza in NC. This place comes with a high recommendation from me as a NYer

Mottzarellas is a well-loved local restaurant in Granite Quarry, known for its delicious pizza and wings. Many customers remember the food truck days when they would chase down the location just to get a slice. The restaurant’s pizzas, such as the 1/4 sheet cheese and pepperoni pizza, are praised for their perfect sauce, ample cheese, and excellent crust. Every pizza tried by customers has been described as completely amazing, especially the Taco Pizza, which features taco meat, seasonings, Doritos, lettuce, and cheese, all on a much better crust. The wings are cooked perfectly with the right amount of sauce, and the stromboli is filled with plenty of ingredients. Despite some minor issues with staff availability of wing sauces, the restaurant offers a self-serve option and is a great choice for both takeaway and dine-in. The atmosphere is highly praised, making it a great place to watch a game or enjoy dinner. Many fans look forward to trying more Italian dishes and sharing meals with friends. The staff is noted for being super friendly and treating customers exceptionally well, making Mottzarellas a favorite spot in the community. The restaurant also takes pride in being accommodating, especially for families with children, providing a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with special needs.
