Very clean. The best sanitation rating I have seen at any of the Little Caesars around Winston-Salem. Sarah’s customer service was awesome. The three Crazy Combos I ordered were fresh, hot, and LOOKED LIKE BREADSTICKS. Unlike the other little Caesar’s in Winston. I will always make that trip to get quality food!!!!!
