I paid EXTRA for this!?! It's definitely hand tossed. It is paper thin and hard. Was looking forward to the deep dish bread. Also I asked for parmesan and garlic on the crust, and got nothing. Of course there was no crust anyway. Highly disappointed ☹️ Next time we will go back to Domino's. At least they do seasoning on their crust.
Great staff one of my best experiences food was hot and fresh staff was very polite I definitely will continue to go to this location

Pizza Hut is a popular restaurant with mixed reviews. While some customers have had positive experiences with the food, service, and overall quality, others have encountered issues such as incorrect orders and technical difficulties with the ordering website. The Walkertown location is generally praised, especially for friendly service and great food, with some customers highlighting the exceptional delivery experience by Andrew, who went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Customers have also noted that the food, including pizza and wings, is very good and that the staff, like the lady at the front, provided excellent service even when payment issues occurred. However, some have faced problems with online ordering, including failed confirmations and multiple charges, but staff members have responded kindly, sometimes offering free replacements. The sitting area at the location has been described as having too many flies. Overall, Pizza Hut provides a varied dining experience depending on the specific location, with some locations excelling in customer service and food quality.
