Waited at drive thru for 15 min even though the order was done on line. After the 15min still no one came to the window so I went inside order was waiting but left out chips accuracy of the order itself was off. Wasn’t the first time or second time it had happened. Won’t be going back
Was told they do not take paper coupons that we received in the mail. I asked for a combo with both my subs but only received chips/drink for 1 sub. The worker was extremely rude at the drive thru. I had a gift card downloaded to my subway app and when trying to pay with the app nobody working could figure out how to let me pay with the app. So not only could I not use my coupons I could not pay with my gift card although ive used coupons and paid on the app before at this location....read full review

The store closes at 9pm and I get there 5 mins before closing time as I was driving up I see one of the employees was locking the door and instead of him telling us it’s ok to come in he continues to turn off all the signs. I got so upset when I saw the other employee laughed when the gentleman locked the door. Never will I go back to this subway.
