Ordered food for my family of 7 from the Walkertown location through UberEats & they left out 2 orders of fries. Called the restaurant & the manager said he would replace the meal next time I come up there or I could come get the fries. 12/20/23- I tried to order food from the Kernersville location, when that location said they had no food due to a big order was their priority, and they were not serving anyone else….. I headed to Walkertown location. I drove 15 mins out of the way to arrive to an empty drive thru was asked to take my order. I ordered the 20 piece family meal, just for them to respond they had no chicken. Mind you this was 8:45 pm, and they close at 10pm. I am fed up at this point. And just...read full review

I tried to return with a receipt 2 ham Biscuits. I was told rudely by a Shyann" that she was the store manager and she refused to take back the food and refund my money. She was purposely confrontational from the very beginning.This employee lied to me.
