Placed order at 6:45 pm on 3/28/19 and it is now 8:56 and i still do not have my order. Called and was told they only had one driver, called back and was told they where about to cancel my order. Wow family waiting to eat and can’t. Was told they where sending it out now at 8:46 pm. I should not even have to pay at this point!
Sanitation grade 70!!
Bathrooms were NASTY.
LEFT QUICKLY to find a clean place to eat.
Ordered at 7:30pm. Driver arrived at 8:20 with the wrong order. Said she would go to the store and get the correct one and be back. Fast forward to 9:15 when I call the store and hear someone saying “it’s been two hours I’m not sending another one out there”. Refund issued. Replacement ordered by manager on duty. Fast forward to 11pm. Still no replacement. Second phone call to CORPORATE gave results. Never ordering from this store again.
