This store needs a new staff and some more managers. No one really knows what to do or how the system works. These last few orders I asked specifically can something be done and the young guy who stated he is the manager said yes but before that he says “I would suggest you go to a different restaurant”. These are his exact words because he didn’t want to do the work and didn’t know the menu and didn’t care.I’m calling now and the machine is saying they are too busy to answer. I have used this plenty of times before but the last few times I am not satisfied. I go because of the location but now I need to go back to Tate street store because they listen, care, and are very helpful and understand the job and menu.

I love Jersey Mike's. I ordered a club sub. I received no mayo or bacon. What's a club sub without the two. I told everything I wanted on the sub and didn't get it. I am pregnant and was disappointed and it kind of ruined my whole dinner. There was 3 workers on the line and it seemed like nobody knew what they were doing. The workers barely spoke loud enough or even to each other. No communication. The manager came to help wrap subs but with no gloves.Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free on Sundays

Tyler’s service was phenomenal. He was personable, accommodating, and patient. The reason I can’t give five stars is because I can’t say the same for the girl at the register. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was doing the bare minimum with service. There was a night and day difference in service between the two employees and Tyler really is customer focused and a hard worker.

Honestly one of the strangest experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Employees seemed to talk (or should I say whisper) through me not at me. I was asked the same question multiple times and had to ask them to speak up every single time. The guy cutting meats seemed to forget what he was doing, and even forgot to make my sandwich until the cashier corrected him. He seemed confused the entire time. All three working the front seemed to move at a glacial pace and it was like watching a car crash in slow motion.

Stopped for late lunch subs. Ordered Famous Philly with lettuce and Mayo first, others in group got cold subs. Grill preparer forgot or missed order. Stood and waited until she actually came over to me to ask what I was waiting for. I got a "quick" sub from her, barely warm, raw peppers and onions, omitted lettuce (I ordered lettuce) and a slop of mayonnaise all over sub -- A MESS! Everyone else in my group had nearly finished by the time I got to the table. A very disappointing and unsatisfying visit. I won't be back for a while. It appears "in-person" orderers and diners are lowest priority at Jersey Mike's. Just need to remember there are many other sandwich and sub opportunities for dining.Dietary restrictions: Be cautious here. Subs are slopped together, you may NOT get what you desire OR you may get items you DO NOT WANT!

First off staff was very unorganized Second didn’t know what toppings were i asked for peppers keep in mind with a S the specific worker didn’t know what i was talking about i don’t know what it was but also very slow could’ve had a lot better service worker at register tried to charge more than we originally ordered so basically tried to get off on me and i wasn’t letting that happen. In my opinion this place sucks don’t go here waste of money and time. Would recommend 4016 battle ground ave. ???

I placed an online order, requested NO CHEESE in all caps (cheese was on my sandwich). I requested extra red wine vinegar and Italian seasoning but it did not look like extra was given. I included a tip thinking it might help make sure I got the extras and no cheese.

Went there during the Jersey Mike's promo with Doordash. Even though the system stopped printing receipts and it was obviously very busy the staff stayed calm, friendly, and went above and beyond to try to get everybody their orders in a timely manner. The staff is a really well trained well oiled machine and at no time did they let other people's attitude affect them. They stayed courteous and went the extra mile.
