I normally don't go to this Arby's off Cone Blvd. I ordered the beef and cheddar sandwich, came home, and ate the food. Twenty minutes later, I was sick to my stomach. I've had the brisket sandwich at other locations, and it was dry, and I told the young lady at the register this; her name was Precious. Precious was helping me decide what to order, and after everything was said and done, I got the fish as well as a chicken bacon swiss sandwich. When my food came out, there was a 3rd sandwich on my tray: the BBQ Brisket Sandwich. She explained that they had accidentally made an extra sandwich and wanted me to try theirs, and it was soo good....read full review

Arby's on Summit Ave, Greensboro NC. The Manager Tim had his staff to prepare 20 chicken sliders for my snack day at work but when I unwrapped one chicken slider it had cheese on it. My co-worker can't eat cheese, so the Manager Tim had his staff to prepare 10 more chicken sliders without cheese, no charge. Excellent customer service.
