Arby's on Summit Ave, Greensboro NC. The Manager Tim had his staff to prepare 20 chicken sliders for my snack day at work but when I unwrapped one chicken slider it had cheese on it. My co-worker can't eat cheese, so the Manager Tim had his staff to prepare 10 more chicken sliders without cheese, no charge. Excellent customer service. I will be back again to order chicken sliders for my parties. Thank you so much ? ❤️ Manager Tim and Staff, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I normally don't go to this Arby's off Cone Blvd. I ordered the beef and cheddar sandwich, came home, and ate the food. Twenty minutes later, I was sick to my stomach. Used to like this place and customer service….until yesterday! They apparently ran out of Hawaiian buns when I ordered the brown sugar bacon turkey sandwich. I was okay with it getting a different bun type, however management needs to order appropriately for something that’s a new item and expect customers to try it. But what got me most was when I made it to the window. She asked me what I ordered, there was only ONE other car in front of me that was driving off when I pulled up to the window. Like??? There wasn’t even a line. Then the young lady took my credit card from my hand, I handed it to her! She ran it and proceeds to ask if the drink on the counter was a Dr Pepper that I ordered with my order. And then the most inconsiderate thing happened. She hands me my drink, then my bag of food and says, “I put your card and receipt in the bag!” Like why in the world would you do that?!?! Now I have to go searching for my credit card before leaving the window to make sure it’s in there when I HANDED YOU MY CREDIT CARD!!! Hand it BACK to the customer! Oh yeah…apparently this store number isn’t in the database??? Why is that? When you get poor service, the food leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Management needs to train their employees better. Like….why would you put someone’s credit card in the bag with the food??? ??‍♂️

This is for the corporate office. Please send some one to train these people at this Arby's, Managers and all. If someone orders 2 of the same sandwich and your employee only put 1 in the bag and set it under the heating light and the customer has to wait another 3-4 minutes for the other sandwich, why not make everything HOT. The poor girl didn't understand nor did the manager. Good customer service shouldn't be that hard. I cancelled my order and left with no apologies from anyone. So sad

It’s 8:56pm on a Thursday night. I just left from the summit location and the female that answered the intercom said they not doing “Shakes” (Milk Shakes). How are you not??? Doesn’t the store closed at 12am??? Smh the poor service and the lack people actually put into there jobs will be the down fall of fast food service. However came to the cone location and got what I couldn’t purchase at the location closest to my house and I am going to assume it’s because they didn’t want to because I wasn’t given anything more. Very poor customer service!!!

I've had the brisket sandwich at other locations, and it was dry, and I told the young lady at the register this; her name was Precious. Precious was helping me decide what to order, and after everything was said and done, I got the fish as well as a chicken bacon swiss sandwich. When my food came out, there was a 3rd sandwich on my tray: the BBQ Brisket Sandwich. She explained that they had accidentally made an extra sandwich and wanted me to try theirs, and it was soo good. I'm glad I gave it another chance. Thanks, Precious and crew!
