First, I want to apologize as I have not been out to eat in a while. Tonight, changed it all when I saw a foodie on TikTok smashing some Birria tacos and I was then on mission!! Immediate craving I've had Quesabirrias tacos once in Greensboro but ended up being disappointed and never tried again. When I was googling tonight, this truck stood out because they have a 5 star rating on Google. I’ve been looking for good proper Mexican food since leaving Southern California a year ago. I finally found an amazing spot! Birrieria La Paz was amazing. We had a Burrito and Quesabirria and the were fresh, perfectly balanced, and some of the best Birria ever. I’ll be back!

Best taco's I've ever eaten! Just tried this place today for first time and I'll be back again for sure. Super nice lady that took my order brought my food to me while I stayed in car out of the rain. If you haven't eaten here before you are missing out on real authentic fresh and flavorful taco's.
