First of all it’s 20 people in the back and it took over 10 minutes for a 2 piece and 2 sides. When I finally got my order it was cold. I brought it back and it took even longer the second time. Like what was I even waiting for??? The worst part about it was the operations manager was there and she was playing along with the employees. I decided to stop by this location which normally I'll pass due to slow service. Shockingly today,, there was no long line. However, I will say that the white girl (Zoe) taking the orders need to pipe TF down. Im trying to place my order and she's overtalking me with an attitude. We stopped to dine in about 8 pm on Thursday. Ordered a snack box with dark meat. They gave me white meat and no plastic ware to eat my rice and beans with. They say they didn't have any forks. They dining area was cold so we left and ate at McDonald's. I won't go back to this place ever.
