This was my first visit here. There was no greeting from anyone in this establishment especially the cashier. She just stood with her body turned to the side. I would have left, but my significant other was paying. Nevertheless, I ordered wings. I did not know that fries came with it. I asked for blue cheese dressing and was given ranch dressing. I don't know how to grade American Deli. There is one thing that I hate really, they WILL NOT answer the phone. I have been told they can't always hear it. Fix that!!!On the other hand I'd give them a 5 star on the food. Everything I have eaten there has been perfect. Their wings and burgers especially keep me going back. Believe me, it's worth a try.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but they didn't have the initial dish we wanted. They were also out of key ingredients for the fried rice, which I know made my meal less tasty. At those prices, I doubt I'll go back. I didn't care to hear one of the workers using foul language as I ordered either.Parking: Due to location, parking can be a challenge.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't consider the general atmosphere great for kids.
