ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE! I walked in, placed my order for a six-piece combo, and specifically requested my wings to be extra crispy. What did I get after waiting an excruciating 20 minutes? Wings that were anything but crispy – they were practically gummy! When I brought this to the cashier's attention, she had the audacity to take them back to the manager (black woman, medium height, with a black wig and a baseball cap) , only for the manager to insist they were crispy.I told them they could give me my money back, but instead I was promised (by the manager) that she would remake my order. After waiting an HOUR, my order was still wrong!Five refund requests later, the manager (with a horrible attitude) finally came up to the register to give me my refund. After an hour and twenty minutes of waiting, what did I get? Absolutely nothing.Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to eat. This place is an absolute disaster!

If I could it would be a 0 across the board. Walked in at 430 pm on a Wednesday with my mom and my teenage son when the staff informed us that they not serving food because "he said he not cooking nothing he on break for an hour" the cook was behind the counter back by the grill eating but not cooking...next time turn off the open sign and lock the door if you're not serving food.

My friend went to American Deli twice once on February 10th, 2024 and February 11th, 2024 to which the service was horrible the sales associate had 10 orders ahead of my friend along, with her being short staffed. So as my friend waited for one combo meal of wings and fries and a drink that tasted horrible. The wings were rubbery and tasted sweet instead of like buffalo flavor . So on the second day which was February 11th, 2024 this time my friend ordered a cheeseburger with all the fixings and another order of buffalo wings but run through 2x. As my friend was waiting around he noticed more and more custumers were coming in and complaining about there food and orders. Once he left he asked for ranch, to which they ran out off, once back to the house my friend has mentioned Between, the bad atmosphere, bad service and bad food tasting he decided not to go back again. Wish yall had an America's Best Wings! The food that was given to me was decent, I would buy again if the food would taste better!

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but they didn't have the initial dish we wanted. They were also out of key ingredients for the fried rice, which I know made my meal less tasty. At those prices, I doubt I'll go back. I didn't care to hear one of the workers using foul language as I ordered either.Parking: Due to location, parking can be a challenge.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't consider the general atmosphere great for kids.

This was my first visit here. There was no greeting from anyone in this establishment especially the cashier. She just stood with her body turned to the side. I would have left, but my significant other was paying. Nevertheless, I ordered wings. I did not know that fries came with it. I asked for blue cheese dressing and was given ranch dressing. The fries were bland even with the seasoning on the counter. The chicken was ok. There were not a lot of places or tables to sit down and eat. The bathroom was out of order. Let me mention one more thing about the customer service and that is the cashier greeted other customers and asked them about their sauces for their order. Why didn't she do this for us? I had to ask for my dressing which I was given the wrong one. Our food was in the bag even though we ate in. Not a good experience at all!

It was my first time going there, got the garlic Parmesan wings and they were horrible. I had explained that it was my first time going there and didn’t know the flavor was gonna be sweet. They absolutely were not willing to take the extra step to allow me to choose another flavor and remake it. Very poor customer service. Never had sweet garlic Parmesan wings, they really need to improve that recipe.

?There are more then 1 American delis in Greensboro, lord knows you should not go to the deli on sumit ...when i walked in the lady said can i take your order so i asked can i have a water ,she said we dont have that so i asked can i have some fish ,we ran out of fish , my 3rd quiestion was well do you have any flats she said we are not doing that over here ?...smh

Did not order! The young lady up front ignored my husband when he tried to ask her a question. She did not acknowledge us at all, not a positive attitude at all. We just left the place.

Very rude and disrespectful my husband wanted to go there for his birthday they open 15 minutes late argued with us about how they not going to change their schedule and they got to take day kids to school it was just a whole real ghetto situation we waited in front and watch three or four customers pull off and leave while they're running around to do what they have to do they basically told us the boss opens up whenever he wants to but I think if they did their job and got some new people it will be awesome the food is great but the way that these people talk to other customers is ridiculous maybe it's the neighborhood but I don't know if they have cameras inside of there but they shouldn't be allowed to talk to customers like that at all good stuff we'll never visit .again and the cook the girl with dreads is so rude but I am sure they know this all I ask is that they do better business would be better if customer service was available
