First, the food is SO GOOD. This food truck is phenomenal and they pour every ounce of their hard work and love into their meals. I've had quesabirria tacos way too many times to count but these are the absolute best ones I've ever had. Absolutely 10/10. If you're nearby, grab a bite and their prices are REASONABLE. They could absolutely be charging more for how good this food is!! ♡♡Parking: park on the side of road easily and walk over, they are very easy to spot from the main highway

Best taco's I've ever eaten! Just tried this place today for first time and I'll be back again for sure. Super nice lady that took my order brought my food to me while I stayed in car out of the rain. If you haven't eaten here before you are missing out on real authentic fresh and flavorful taco's.

First, I want to apologize as I have not been out to eat in a while. Tonight, changed it all when I saw a foodie on TikTok smashing some Birria tacos and I was then on mission!! Immediate craving I've had Quesabirrias tacos once in Greensboro but ended up being disappointed and never tried again. When I was googling tonight, this truck stood out because they have a 5 star rating on Google. While on my way, driving in the pouring rain 15 minutes away, I was thinking this better be worth it Once I arrived, only 1 car was there, thank goodness. The truck was close to the street and well lit. As I walked up the first thing I noticed was the 99 sanitation rating!!! Yes, that's what I'm talking about. As I approached the window I was greeted by the kindest lady with the biggest smile and such kind eyes. She took my order, Quesabirria tacos (comes with 3 and consome'). Total came out to $13 even. My order literally took 10 minutes and I was on my way back home. Once I got home, opened the box, I had to immediately take a bite and let me tell you, Not disappointed!! The ratio of meat to cheese is perfect, to me. The consome' was full of flavor and they put two containers- 1 salsa Verde and the other a really flavorful hot sauce. (Not sure what it was) I will never order my Quesabirria tacos anywhere else. I have found my spot. Delish! Greensboro, go bless these people and show them some love. Ciao for now

I’ve been looking for good proper Mexican food since leaving Southern California a year ago. I finally found an amazing spot! Birrieria La Paz was amazing. We had a Burrito and Quesabirria and the were fresh, perfectly balanced, and some of the best Birria ever. I’ll be back!
