The employees are consistently friendly, motivated, and professional, which speaks volumes about how they’re treated behind the scenes. “Food is always great, which is why I’m still leaving 5 stars. However, I was surprised to see I was charged $3.90 just for extra cilantro and onions — at that point, I could’ve almost bought another taco.

There was also a previous time I was called back because I was accidentally only charged for one order of steak tacos instead of two.

Overall, the food is consistently good, but I’ll definitely avoid adding extras or paying over the phone in the future.“

“Each and every time I visit here, the welcome is always loud, exciting and fun because about 3 to 4 staff members great you and I make a game to myself to figure out which ones did it. It's hard because each and every one on the front line is smiling. Just a wonderful friendly place to go to.“

At this one I'm Greensboro, their parking lot is tiny and with only one bathroom at a time, it makes needing to go very difficult.“

“This Arby's has really improved and impressed me. Over the past few months it's clean, service is prompt. The manager we have been encountering recently reaches out to customers with a smile and genuine caring for their experience. This summers Arby's experiences at this location is the best we've had at any Arby's anywhere.“

“My recent visit to La bamba was a mixed experience. While the service was excellent—attentive and friendly from start to finish—the food unfortunately fell short of expectations.

I ordered the steak tacos with a side of rice. The most significant issue was the complete lack of flavor. Both the meat and the rice tasted unseasoned, as if no salt or pepper had been used. The meal was simply bland and lacked any depth.

The salsa was equally disappointing. It seemed to consist of nothing more than blended tomato and onion, missing the key spices and herbs that give salsa its vibrant flavor. It was just as bland as the main dish.

Ultimately, while the great service was a positive note, the quality of the food was a dealbreaker for me. Based on this experience, I don't see myself returning in the future.“

“My daughter and I had lunch here today and to say I was blown away by the kindness and overall amazing atmosphere this location has. I know chick fil a is known for their friendly service but these staff members went above and beyond in every way to make is even slightly easier eating out alone with a toddler. We will definitely be stopping back in!“

“I took my 18 month old daughter to dine in this afternoon (we frequently do mobile thru and never have a complaint) but I am trying to teach my daughter how to behave in a restaurant.

As most parents, I was trying to be conscious of her noise and mess so as to not disturb the other customers dining. Leslie saw me trying to clean up, and told me that I shouldn’t be doing that and she was happy to do it once we were finished. Of course, I insisted but the interaction was very kind.

A few minutes later, Leslie returned with a small gift for my daughter and it absolutely made both of our days!! There was no long conversation beforehand, or much interaction, just a very kind woman who took the opportunity to make our days better. Leslie is the epitome of a good, hard-working, compassionate employee and CFA is lucky to have her!!

Honorable mention to the employees working the register as well. I did not get their name but their kindness was appreciated just as much.

“I travel the eastern coast daily for work. This is by far the cleanest subway i have ever been to. The food viewed through the glass at the counter looks fresh and displayed well. The employees at this location actually care about their work and providing the best customer experience“

“Honestly, Biscuitville is so much more superior than bojangles!! How can you beat a business who locally sources all of their ingredients? Also, the folks working this specific location as such home-body great folks. So sweet to kids and old people, and making it happen whenever its busy as all hell-which is often.

They even have little easter decorations at every table. Im usually grossed out to eat in-store at fast food places, but never biscuitville! Very cozy and cute inside.

Also, get you a strawberry muffin. They’re bangin!“

“Had a catering order here and made the mistake of ordering for AM instead of PM. The manager on duty was very kind and helped resolve the issue even though it was our fault. The staff all took good care of me while I waited. I visit this restaurant about once a week and everyone there is very kind. The food is given hot and delicious.“

Every week I craved the #17 and we finally went in person to order some food since it was on the way home from my wife’s workplace.

Man it was a delightful first experience. Greeted as we walked in, immediately attended to even though there was a line and the long awaited sub was in my hands in no time. Damn good food and service!

(We came again a few weeks later and saw the same crew working through the glass doors and I literally said “yes, same people! This food gonna be soo good! And spoiler alert: it was)“

Service was great and very informal of the questions we had. By time we finished paying, our smoothies were being handed to us. Amazingggg. “My order wasn't made as ordered but was still good. This location is always on point so I guess they just had an off day. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up at the drive through window. It was ready but they were waiting on other customers and I got ignored until they were finished. This was the worst visit I've ever had here but I know they've been great the zillion other times so I'm not going to hold it against them. I'll definitely return but if it's not right next time, I may lower my rating.

“I walked to Jersey Mike's one evening for the donation day thing they do there(I wish more places would do that) cause I needed to get out for a walk. The staff were hopping and glad to be there and since it was evening I am sure they were tired, so I gave them a break and a good tip. Subs were the usual good stuff I expected, that is why I got 2.
