The employees are consistently friendly, motivated, and professional, which speaks volumes about how they’re treated behind the scenes. When a team is respected and supported like that, it reflects directly in the service, and this location nails it every single time. The food quality never slips. Whether it’s peak hours or late in the day, the chicken is always fresh, hot, and cooked exactly how it should be. The consistency is impressive, and it’s clear there’s a strong standard in place that Keith makes sure is maintained. You know exactly what you’re getting, and it’s always done right. “Food is always great, which is why I’m still leaving 5 stars. However, I was surprised to see I was charged $3.90 just for extra cilantro and onions — at that point, I could’ve almost bought another taco.

There was also a previous time I was called back because I was accidentally only charged for one order of steak tacos instead of two.

Overall, the food is consistently good, but I’ll definitely avoid adding extras or paying over the phone in the future.“

“I went through Biscuitville on Martin Luther King 165 I couldn't tell who was running the place because the employees were running the place I tried to take my order back because it was wrong and ask to speak to a Manager and all these employees kept trying to help me . Get together down there.“

“I took my 18 month old daughter to dine in this afternoon (we frequently do mobile thru and never have a complaint) but I am trying to teach my daughter how to behave in a restaurant.

As most parents, I was trying to be conscious of her noise and mess so as to not disturb the other customers dining. Leslie saw me trying to clean up, and told me that I shouldn’t be doing that and she was happy to do it once we were finished. Of course, I insisted but the interaction was very kind.

A few minutes later, Leslie returned with a small gift for my daughter and it absolutely made both of our days!! There was no long conversation beforehand, or much interaction, just a very kind woman who took the opportunity to make our days better. Leslie is the epitome of a good, hard-working, compassionate employee and CFA is lucky to have her!!

Honorable mention to the employees working the register as well. I did not get their name but their kindness was appreciated just as much.

“Service was decent but they got 2 ordered after mine ready for some reason. Very limited seating but my main two issues with all of these locations is parking and only one bathroom. At this one I'm Greensboro, their parking lot is tiny and with only one bathroom at a time, it makes needing to go very difficult.“

“Clean, service was fast, staff polite, food arrived to out table fast and hot. The brand never disappoints, consistent in preparation of menu items. This location is going it right. Prices are comparable to other fast food that are similar but the quality is far above the standard fast food places.“

“My daughter and I had lunch here today and to say I was blown away by the kindness and overall amazing atmosphere this location has. I know chick fil a is known for their friendly service but these staff members went above and beyond in every way to make is even slightly easier eating out alone with a toddler. “My recent visit to La bamba was a mixed experience. While the service was excellent—attentive and friendly from start to finish—the food unfortunately fell short of expectations.

I ordered the steak tacos with a side of rice. The most significant issue was the complete lack of flavor. Both the meat and the rice tasted unseasoned, as if no salt or pepper had been used. The meal was simply bland and lacked any depth.

The salsa was equally disappointing. It seemed to consist of nothing more than blended tomato and onion, missing the key spices and herbs that give salsa its vibrant flavor. It was just as bland as the main dish.

Ultimately, while the great service was a positive note, the quality of the food was a dealbreaker for me. Based on this experience, I don't see myself returning in the future.“

“While not a frequent customer of Arby's at large myself, I enjoyed the food greatly. After 3 visits to this location, all for pickup of mobile orders, only once did I find myself waiting for my food, but I was fortunately not forgotten. I would visit again.“

“Had a catering order here and made the mistake of ordering for AM instead of PM. The manager on duty was very kind and helped resolve the issue even though it was our fault. The staff all took good care of me while I waited. I visit this restaurant about once a week and everyone there is very kind. The food is given hot and delicious.“

“Honestly, Biscuitville is so much more superior than bojangles!! How can you beat a business who locally sources all of their ingredients? Also, the folks working this specific location as such home-body great folks. So sweet to kids and old people, and making it happen whenever its busy as all hell-which is often.

They even have little easter decorations at every table. Im usually grossed out to eat in-store at fast food places, but never biscuitville! Very cozy and cute inside.

“At 6:10 today on 5/31/25 the squad in Taco Bell prepared me the best ck quesidilla I've ever had from the company. 99 food grade which I haven't seen a fast food place have in awhile. The team today made my day, Taco Bell really do need to give yall raises for your outstanding shift today!!!!!

ETA: the very next days shift is different, very short and rude. Quesidilla today sucked :(“

“They are really busy at this location, but then again it IS COOKOUT!! My experience did, and usually always does, meet my expectations, and the food is ALWAYS right on time! But if you're not hungry and just need something for comfort, the milkshakes are freaking awesome! So stop in, they have something on the menu to satisfy most any craving. “Man my wife recently introduced me to Jersey Mikes since she loves their BLT. I was happy to find they made Cheese Steak Subs and it was DELICIOUS (this was all ordered via delivery)

Every week I craved the #17 and we finally went in person to order some food since it was on the way home from my wife’s workplace.

Man it was a delightful first experience. Greeted as we walked in, immediately attended to even though there was a line and the long awaited sub was in my hands in no time. Damn good food and service!

(We came again a few weeks later and saw the same crew working through the glass doors and I literally said “yes, same people! This food gonna be soo good! And spoiler alert: it was)“
