I have been a regular customer of this TSC location for years, but I am going to have to stop now because the service and quality has gone downhill so much in the last few months. When I came this week, the restaurant was almost completely full of people standing and waiting for their orders. My smoothie took over 15 minutes to be made and it was made incorrectly. I asked to have it remade and the young lady at the register took several more orders and made other people's smoothies before remaking mine. She seemed to be the only one working, but I heard several other people having what sounded like a party in the back room.And mine is not an isolated experience. If you will check the newest reviews, others are having the same experiences with long waits, incorrect orders, employees who don't care about customers, etc.. It is sad that the person who responds to the negative reviews gives the same canned response to everyone about being "... disappointed to see that we did not meet your expectations or, quite frankly, our own." but nothing seems to improve regarding the customer experience over months of bad reviews.But on the bright side, if you like long waits, incorrect orders and bad customer service, then I can recommend this location to you.

Heaven in a cup! My weekly routine consists of the gym and a green smoothie from tropical. This location is more of the younger group but the staff are always nice and welcoming when I come in.

20 plus minutes for a smoothie, too crowded

My first time trying tropical smoothie was at this location and I did not like it. I thought tropical smoothie was overrated until my sister took me to a different location and I really enjoy my next two experiences. I decided to stop at this location on the way home and once again, I did not like the experience. My smoothie tasted nasty & bland, exactly how I remembered it the first time. Definitely not worth $8 . I’m not sure how the food tastes because I haven’t had it. Only the smoothies. Also, the store was dirty, which was the first thing that I noticed when I walked inside. There were phones and outside food laying around, behind the register on the counter, I saw some of the employees weren’t wearing gloves. Employees were OK. The manager had short dreadlocks. She was very very friendly and professional. However, the person that took my order barely looked like they knew what they were doing, nor did she care. Also the other employees that were walking in the front just gave off a very rude and hostile demeanor very unfriendly. Placed an order through the app for delivery. Ordered 3 smoothies and a bowl. One smoothie entirely missing from order and then the two that were delivered were labeled incorrectly as well as being made incorrectly. Asked for white chocolate in one of smoothies and can clearly see that regular chocolate was used in the smoothie. Tried to call the establishment and there was no answer and a machine stating that they weren’t excepting calls at the time. Will never order from this location again.

Chiquita Beam

This was the sorriest bowl I ever received from any location. A waste of 10 dollars and I didn’t even get my bowl half full. A sprinkle of granola and I didn’t even see the honey. I know everyone is busy but please don’t waste peoples money and time because as you can see this is not even close to the original picture. I’m not expecting it to be but I been to different locations and never received anything like this. The pictures makes it look better than what it is but it was nothing in the bowl. Only two stars because it’s good but don’t get it from this location.

Amazing! I order online every once in a while and the food is always done on time and warm! The staff is friendly and doesn’t bother you. Will continue to be going!

It is absolutely ridiculous to be texting on your phone while standing at the cash register. Especially with a line In front of you. You aren't at home you are at work. Most of the time the food tastes good but it's slow as hell and not always made right. Overall it's good if you have a craving but after the service and waiting for so long I'm so annoyed I don't even want the smoothie I just want to leave.

Should have looked at the reviews before ordering food. Smoothie was fine, but someone needs training on how to make a quesadilla! The first picture shows the uncooked cheese. There was one piece of chicken in the first two and just seemed off, so I opened another and well you tell me what this is?

I had to drop my review from 5* to 1* . This location turned back to its corporate roots . Original review at the end.unfortunately, getting your order is more like a scavenger hunt. One product is on one shelf and second one is either on another shelf and You have to go through other peoples orders OR still in process.Your third item is not available. It actually is but you have to wait 30 minutes for them to prep it . They offer you a complimentary substitute so that you can shut up. if you do not want any substitute, they do not do any refund. If you ask them if they can, maybe put orders on the same shelf, they look at some other direction, and don't even listen to you. Some of the employees have really bad parenting so I just left .you go to the corporate website guess what they refer you back to the store.Dealing with this brand makes me lose money as my time is worth something .Geez only smoothies were not this good .------original review------Finally a location that gets my pick order all together right at the first time. This is a compliment to this location bud it’s a shame for the brand/parent organization.

Idk why this place gets so much negative feedback, the ladies at the front were kind once they had a moment to take my order, the smoothies are DELICIOUS, the supplements you can add on are fantastic, the food (ive tried the salads, wraps & dillas) are SO good. My family loves this place and has really helped our eating habits. Honestly just have some patience and empathy for the workers because the products here are great.
