“I came to this location after I had a terrible experience at another one. This was 40 minutes out of my way! But it was absolutely worth it! Tonya and her colleagues were so upbeat and a pleasure to be greeted by! Tonya was our cashier and she assisted the person. I was accompanied by with choosing a good smoothie. I hope you guys keep up the good work! You’ve helped to make a bad experience better. Just by being kind! You all are appreciated. And for that I say, thank you! 🫶🏾“
“I stopped by Tropical Smoothie and was greeted with a friendly smiles from a few employees kiara and ophelia. I tried the Blimey Limey smoothie. It was fresh, smooth, and had that perfect citrus kick without being too overpowering. The flavor was bright, refreshing, and hit exactly how a good smoothie should. Service was solid too. Definitely something I’d grab again.“

“You need to work on your app. I went to order food and get my free smoothie with your current offer. But the app kept loading and loading. The girl entered my phone number and email, but couldn’t pull up my account. My email and phone number is associated with my account. I go there all the time. Yet no one remembers my name. There was no manager there to handle it. The 2 staff looked bewildered. Wasn’t their fault. I had already ordered and they made my food and smoothie.
But I told them I’m not paying for the smoothie. They took it off and gave me the smoothie anyway. Which was good on their part.
Please get this fixed. I know how technology is a love hate relationship. But if you offer rewards and we have to use the app, then please fix the glitches.

“Three of us went there for Lunch on 3/23/26 and they were busy almost need a bigger space. Anyway even with being busy they greet you and let you know it’s going to be a few minutes. When I was ready to pay they said you have $2 loyalty discount would I like to use it. The team really works well together to get all the people thru. Kudos“

“CYNIAH A TRUE GEM! Any other day I wouldn't bother leaving a review and previously stopped coming to this location due to the lack of customer service and not so great smoothie. Recently I came after a walk one morning and had THE BEST smoothie as well as customer service from Cyniah. I'll keep coming as long as she's here! THANK YOU, CYNIAH FOR BEING AMAZING 👏“
