Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers a variety of smoothies and wraps. The staff is polite but may lack knowledge about the products. One customer received the wrong order, but the food was okay overall. Another customer had a disappointing experience with a delivery order, as the driver was rude and the smoothies appeared tampered with. After reaching out to management multiple times, they eventually resolved the issue satisfactorily. The manager was courteous, prompt, and offered a refund. Despite the initial problem, the customer was satisfied with the outcome and appreciated the manager's kindness.
