I went to this location and waited at the register as the kids were working in the back and another customer (of another race) came up and the staff member helped this woman instead at the register next to me rather than helping me although I arrived at the counter first. I allowed this to occur and waited patiently as another customer came up behind me. The girl at the counter proceeded to ask me what I needed and I asked her if they sold ranch and if I could get one, she said "yea" and then proceeded to take the next woman's (of another race) order. I asked her if she was able to quickly get the ranch as this is all I needed and she told me that I could wait. I asked the guy behind the counter if I could receive the ranch and he said that I would also have to wait. I left.

Google says they open at 7 but when I showed up they were still closed. I went next door to Starbucks and when I came out the lights were on and the open sign was on but the door was still locked. Another lady was waiting too and told me she has come several times and they’re never open on time. Disappointed.

The food is better than the smoothies. I haven’t had a smoothie I loved or liked and they are always watery like they use too much ice and then my cup wasn’t filled like it’s supposed to be and the fact that y’all expect ppl to not say anything about it is ridiculous. They also gave me a whole apple with the produce sticker still on. Which is clearly means it wasn’t cleaned. Not ok

I entered this location this morning only to be greeted by a rude little girl who basically stared me down until I said something to her. When I realized that her disposition was not going to change, I told her, "You know what, don't worry about it," and walked out. Very rude, unprofessional, unpleasant, and horrible customer service! I will not patronize this location anymore!

It’s a running joke in our office that we never get our sides when ordering delivery from here. We usually don’t complain because sides are not a big deal. This time we received bread and cheese with no other items on one of our sandwiches. When we called to get the order corrected we were told we can get a refund or pick up a new sandwich. If I could get away to pick up then my order, why would I choose delivery. Im very frustrated.
This was my first visit to Tropical Smoothie. I went with a friend that recommended it and ordered a wrap and a smoothie. As we were each about to eat back at our office, she noticed her order was wrong. They'd switched my order with hers! I'm glad her office was just across the hall. Food was okay, I'd try it again.

Usually when I go to this location the food is on spot but however on July 28th at 2:20 the whole entire staff must have been new bc my chipotle club sandwich had barely and chipotle sauce , and all 3 smoothies where obviously rushed when being made because they where clumpy and icy like a 7/11 slushee...instead of smooth how they regularly are
