What a great little shop with great people! I stopped by for a quick drink and left with an amazingly tasty and nutrious tea and a smile on my face. Happy 16th Anniversary and thank you Kelsey and team for making the day brighter :)
I just moved to the area and am quite familiar with nutrition shops like Carolina Nutrition. The staff has a warm and welcoming energy that makes me feel right at home.This was my first time at this shop and I had the Oreo Cheesecake and Carolina Punch. Both oh so good and made with love.I missed these shakes and look forward to being able to make it a weekly treat for myself aside from making them at home!
