“My smoothies were all watered down upon arrival (10 mins away). I spoke with one of the workers and she said it happens when it sits. I have been to multiple tropical cafes and had my smoothies sit for 10-15 mins and never had a problem with them being watery. I can understand 1 being a little watered down but not all of them. Very disappointing and we are on our family vacation too.
UPDATE:
I spoke with the Manager Denzel and he apologized for the lack of services rendered by the staff. He took my information down and told me to come back before we go home from vacation to get my smoothies remade. Thanks to Denzel my family and I were able to enjoy our smoothies while riding home!!
