“I love the service here, in my opinion between this one and the one in West Ashley I can't decide who is better. The food is always good and hot, the smoothies are always blended well just the right amount of ripe. Plus the staff, I can only assume the managers and key holders, a majority of them women. they're always there. The tall and thin woman that always makes a point to tell me about the deals going on. The pretty woman with the septum ring, she always smiles and it just makes my day to see her. There a few more people I've interacted with here and felt warmth, but its hard to describe them from memory. Either way you can't go wrong with this Tropical Smoothie.“
“I 99% of the time order through the app and it'll usually be ready by the time I get there. I find they're usually not as speedy as the other location, but still timely.Today, though, I decided to place my order inside. The employee was polite and efficient. The place was clean and orderly. There were about 3 other customers dining in.Having just come back from my 3 week trip to the Philippines, I was missing the daily glass of fresh mango juice I had while there and I immediately thought of my usual Mango Magic from Tropical Smoothie right away. After a few sips, it brought me back and the flavor was just refreshing... the fix that I exactly needed.Every time I order from here, I have no regrets. I can always count on Tropical Smoothie to satisfy my mango cravings and to keep me in line with my healthy journey.My only wish is that they'd have a drive-thru. Sometimes I honestly go to their neighbor's (SB) drive-thru when I'm in the area, (even though I'd rather have my Mango Magic) just because it's convenient at the last minute. Then after getting my SB order, I instantly regret it because I know Tropical Smoothie would've been healthier.“
