“The young man taking my order spoke very robot like. Wasn’t welcoming, didn’t smile and was quick to the next thing. I asked for no tomato and I guess he didn’t hear me because he kinda cut me off to ask about my side. He walked away while I was still paying and didn’t give me my receipt. The young lady who made my smoothie did an awesome job! It wasn’t too thick and was delicious! I would’ve given a better tip had I gotten better service from the cashier.“

“Every time I visit this location of Tropical Smoothie I am greeted so nicely. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. They always get my order correct and never make it the wrong consistency or flavor when I add supplements or substitute ingredients.“
“Never a bad experience here I don't mind waiting.. especially when there's people ahead of me I don't expect my food and drink to be ready before I even get there...unlike most privileged souls on here that like to post bad reviews because they have to wait 7 minutes👌 the smoothies are always spot on .. and the food is always spot on and flavorful thank you for being on our beloved James Island!!“
