There were very few customers and the drive through took us over a half hour to get to window...then we waited longer. Look at their card reader carefully as it can easily add in a tip. I didn't plan to tip after having waited over a half hour. Smoothies were average, but not worth the wait.
The service is always top notch. I had a great experience with Andrea this morning who accommodated all my special request. I highly recommend this location for its great staff and great service.This is such a gem on James Island. Among the endless sea of pizza joints, Mexican restaurants and all the unhealthy drive thru options it great to have a healthy option to grab something fast with the kids.

I wanted to compare this chain to Smoothie King. Smoothie King is better. -Tropical Smoothie Cafe uses much more ice in their smoothie so the taste is weak in comparison.-Only one size which Is not ideal, I like the 40oz from Smoothie King.-I was asked to tip on card machine and all they did was make a smoothie I paid for and hand it to me.
