DO NOT EAT HERE!!I never leave reviews. And I wasn’t going to share my experiences with this location until reading the other reviews and realized it’s not just me and my bad luck with this place.I’ve lived in the area for 3+ years and just down the road from this Taco Bell. I placed an order in the app and upon arrival was told the system was down. The lady was of course rude and short with us. We tried to go inside but the doors were locked and they just kept saying the system is down. I’ve contacted the store like 5 times and got no answer. Management is just as poor as the customer service. Still have yet to receive a refund for food I never got or even got a reply. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Went to this location for lunch and started to order at the kiosk. I was paying cash. The manager approached me and asked if was paying cash. After I said I was she told me that they don’t accept cash in a very rude tone. She then told me her lobby was closed and locked the door after kicking me out. Idk what I did or why she doesn’t want to serve people but that’s what you get if you decide to go there
