Went to this location for lunch and started to order at the kiosk. I was paying cash. The manager approached me and asked if was paying cash. After I said I was she told me that they don’t accept cash in a very rude tone. She then told me her lobby was closed and locked the door after kicking me out. Idk what I did or why she doesn’t want to serve people but that’s what you get if you decide to go there

DO NOT EAT HERE!!I never leave reviews. And I wasn’t going to share my experiences with this location until reading the other reviews and realized it’s not just me and my bad luck with this place.I’ve lived in the area for 3+ years and just down the road from this Taco Bell. And I go too often than I should knowing how horrible it is.All the recent reviews are 100% correct. Seriously, save your money and go to the one on Spring st downtown.I also hope corporate starts reading these reviews and does something about it. I don’t blame the employees working here. It’s management and hire up management that is allowing this store to be what it is (or the owner of its franchised).- This store on Folly will close whenever they feel like it.- Horrible attitudes.- Always out of everything ( Like I understand 30 mins before close and you’re out of something. But when I order a Chicken Chalupa combo and you put 2 pieces of chicken in each (wish I was over exaggerating) and hide the fact with tons of lettuce in a hard as a rock chalupa and a soft taco with grey beef and and smells like it’s been sitting room temperature since yesterday, and the audacity to pour a Mountain Dew knowing there was 0 carbonation going into to cup…a whole different level of disrespect all in one visit.- Woman working the drive clearly on drugs(like nodding off, and slurring her words)- Pulled up to the window multiple times because they don’t answer the speaker(while open) and will see me at the window and walk to the back… they’re lucky jail ain’t for me.This is just from the last couple visits.I don’t have the time to include things from the past 3 years. I’ve never in my 32 years ever been served fast food as bad as this place.

I placed an order in the app and upon arrival was told the system was down. The lady was of course rude and short with us. We tried to go inside but the doors were locked and they just kept saying the system is down. I’ve contacted the store like 5 times and got no answer. Management is just as poor as the customer service. Still have yet to receive a refund for food I never got or even got a reply. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Please do yourself a favor and never come here!!! Unless you want to lose money. They close the store at random times because they don’t feel like working and then just tell you “our system is down and you need to leave”. And the manager will never get back to you. And corporate will really never get back to you no matter how many times you call and wait on hold. So I’m just out $20. And clearly this is an ongoing problem with other customers too. This location needs to be shut down.

This taco bell on folly needs to shut down. Lived on folly for the past 3 years and everytime I stopped by to grab food for pick up through the app they are either closed or system down. Today I stopped by around 9pm to pick up my order worth $60 they told me their system is down and to go through the app to get my refund. I've done that before and never got my money back, pointless. I will be reporting as fraud. That's stealing money and also lying about system down when they clearly just closed an hour early. Sick of this taco bell!!!? I will be calling corporate

No sense of urgency from the employees whatsoever. They were out of what I wanted (as usual), so I decided to go elsewhere, but I couldn't get out of the drivethru until the person in front of me left. I was stuck for an eternity waiting for them to finish that person's order. Honestly, with the way things are run here, this place deserves to lose to Chick-Fil-A across the street, and I don't even like them.

Hours state open until 8:00, but apparently they close whenever they feel like it. The place is dark and deserted at 7:25 on 10/3/23. Other times I’ve gone, they state they are only making orders placed in the app. I go on the app to place an order, and it says they are not accepting orders at this time. This place is absolutely ridiculous!

Drove through in December 2023. Wasn't awful-they got my order wrong (I ate it anyway) and it took about 20 mins to drive through even with 1 car in front of me. 3 stars because at least its not the nightmare of the downtown taco bell.
