“The best service I'd ever had at a fast food place. All the employees were super nice, checked to see if we needed anything. Had smiles on their faces. Very pleasant. The place was very clean. All restaurants need to take lessons from this McDonald's! Will return when I'm back for vacation again!“

This morning it was the rush at the breakfast/lunch change over and drive thru was wrapped around and there was a large crowd inside waiting, they were communicating like a well oiled machine and got through the rush with grace and efficiency. Stopped by the McDonald’s on Highway 17 in Myrtle Beach last night after a long beach day and it did the job. The drive-thru was quick (under 5 minutes even at dinner rush), and my order came out hot and mostly accurate—Big Mac, large fries, and a McFlurry hit the spot exactly like I remembered from a thousand other visits.
The fries were crispy and salty, the burger was juicy with that classic special sauce, and the McFlurry was thick and chocolatey. Everything tasted fresh and on-point, which is exactly what you want from McDonald’s. The staff was friendly too—one kid even double-checked my order at the window with a smile. Place was clean inside, AC was blasting (huge plus after being out in the heat), and the self-serve drink machine worked great.
Only reason it’s not a full 5 stars: the fries cooled off a little faster than usual on the drive back to the hotel, and my McFlurry had a couple of those weird ice chunks that didn’t mix in all the way. Minor stuff, but noticeable when you’re paying $12+ for a combo these days.
Overall, solid fast-food classic that delivered exactly what I expected. Great for a quick, satisfying meal when you don’t feel like cooking or hunting down something fancy. I’ll definitely hit this location again on my next trip.
Would recommend if you’re craving the golden arches—consistent and convenient, just don’t expect gourmet magic.

“Wow it was touch and go there for a minute but what a turnaround! I was helped by kyrone, I thought the spicy chicken was a little dark but they assured me that was the way it was supposed to look. Turns out it was sooooo delicious. I got that McCrispy deluxe and wow. Mind blown. Thank you guys!!!!“

She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that my experience is positive. Her friendly demeanor and efficiency truly make my day better. “Went through the drive through on a Friday night, a half hour before close with a massive order and the lovely people at this location delivered! Our food came out quickly and accurately- we were able to feed our “small army” and prevent any uprisings.“

“When you have that craving, a single Quarter Pounder just doesn’t cut it. So I ordered a double. You can tell this burger was engineered with the beef in mind. The patties are thicker than the ones on a Big Mac, making the juicy beef the star of the show. It was very hard to take my time with it. I tried… but it was gone before I knew it.“
