“We waited at the curbside for 20 minutes. Finally went in to get the food, might have been waiting on the cookies ordered. It was busier inside than out, so I'll give them a pass. Food was good and employees helpful and polite, apologetic for delay. Still one of my favorite stores to frequent.“

“McDee's is McDee's. The point of a place like McDonald's is that every location is the same. Same food, same atmosphere, same pricing, etc. The difference here is that the service was really good. I went through the drive-thru and forgot to ask for pickles on my chicken sandwich. At my the window, I asked them to be added, and they remade the sandwich.“

“Walked in with 7 of us. Welcomed in with good morning, how are you. Food was taken to our tables and they asked us if we needed anything else several times. They were constantly checking in on us. Very great experience from in to out. Recommend to everyone traveling into Wilmington.“

“Every time I go to this McDonalds, the employees are quick and cordial. Today, my truck died AT THE DRIVETHRU WINDOW, and without hesitation, The workers said they would get someone out to help. Two strong ladies and a kind gentleman (all employees) ran out and pushed me into the nearest parking spot and asked if I had someone who could come help. I was super embarrassed but they made the experience better. THANK YOU“

“There simply aren’t enough stars to rate the INCREDIBLE service that I have gotten from this location!!! The manager, Kim(or Kimberly[?] ) is a shining TEXTBOOK DEFINITION of what GREAT customer service is AAALLLLLL about!!!! I could tell from her upbeat spirit, that it filtered down to her awesome employees…. Attitude reflects leadership. And this location has WON! MY! HEART! FOR! L I F E ! ! ! ! ! ! ALL of your locations should have a manager as AWESOME as her. You guys are the greatest, in my book… FOREVER!!!!!!!😎😎“

1.) I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for several years, and during a recent visit I had a great experience thanks to a team member named Keith. He’s always a professional, and clearly takes pride in his work.

There was a small mistake with my order, but Keith immediately took ownership of the situation, resolved it quickly, and treated me with kindness and respect throughout the interaction. It was so nice to see someone handle a problem with such professionalism.

I’ve visited this location at different times of the day, from around 10:00 a.m. to the afternoon, and Keith’s professionalism had always been consistent. He even remembered my name and my usual order, which made me feel happy and it was loyal.

Great customer service can make all the difference, and Keith’s attitude and professionalism left a lasting impression. McDonald’s is fortunate to have employees like him. Thank you again, Keith!

Fortunately this location is fast, serves food fresh and hot, even when ordered from the app.
Hot coffee prepared as requested. Burrito assembled when ordered.
All you can ask for at a McD's.“

“There was a mistake with my order and it got lost, and the staff handled it wonderfully! Very apologetic to the mistake and made sure I was taken care of. I didn’t get a name but the staff member who helped me had a purple hat on that I believe was Gengar from Pokemon and they are the PERFECT example of quality customer service! Keep it up!!“

“I am not McDonald's fan. I don't eat their food,it's not healthy. However I went in with some friends and got an iced coffee ,black. It was outstanding! I rate it right with Starbucks. Only $2.23

“It's a 24-hour McDonald's the manager on 3rd shift does not like her job she lied about having the frappes lied about coffee lied about espresso which was all PS because she was too lazy and didn't want to have to clean the machine but as far as the rest of the crew went they were professional and did their job the way they were supposed to have“

“I'm here eating RIGHT NOW and my food is awesome! I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers (without pickles) and a 10 piece chicken nugget (the 10 piece nugget is 50% off today when you use the coupon in the app) . Either way, whoever made the nuggets cooked them absolutely PERFECT 💯! My cheeseburgers are quite tasty too and were made exactly how I ordered them. I'm very satisfied and I really appreciate the overall experience. Thank you crew for everything!“
