“After having a Rockies start to my day, I decided to pull in for coffee and a biscuit. I was greeted at the drive thru menu by a very cheerful young lady who took my order, a very friendly young lady who took my money, and a very kind and cheerful young lady who had my food ready, AND had a.ready mixed my cream and Splenda into my coffee. I shouted, “you guys ROCK!” into the window, but thought it BETTER to hear that from YOU guys! This one BURIES the one on Market st. I say again, “hats off, ladies. You guys ROCK!”“
“Every time I go to this McDonalds, the employees are quick and cordial. Today, my truck died AT THE DRIVETHRU WINDOW, and without hesitation, The workers said they would get someone out to help. Two strong ladies and a kind gentleman (all employees) ran out and pushed me into the nearest parking spot and asked if I had someone who could come help. I was super embarrassed but they made the experience better. THANK YOU“
“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the absolutely wonderful customer service we received today at the McDonald’s on N. College Rd. in Wilmington.
My daughter and I drive thru the drive thru for lunch around 1:15 PM where we were greeted by Ms. Diablo and Ms. Gigi. Both of them were incredibly kind, welcoming, and had the brightest smiles. It made us feel valued and appreciated as customers.
Their positive attitudes and genuine friendliness truly stood out. Their energetic and kind service was the kind that can turn your whole day around. You can tell they care about what they do and about the people they serve.
Thank you, Ms. Diablo and Ms. Gigi, for making our experience so pleasant. You both made my day, and I hope your kindness gets the recognition it deserves!“

The manager, Kim(or Kimberly[?] ) is a shining TEXTBOOK DEFINITION of what GREAT customer service is AAALLLLLL about!!!! Fortunately this location is fast, serves food fresh and hot, even when ordered from the app.
Hot coffee prepared as requested. Burrito assembled when ordered.

“There was a mistake with my order and it got lost, and the staff handled it wonderfully! Very apologetic to the mistake and made sure I was taken care of. I didn’t get a name but the staff member who helped me had a purple hat on that I believe was Gengar from Pokemon and they are the PERFECT example of quality customer service! Keep it up!!“
“I am not McDonald's fan. I don't eat their food,it's not healthy. However I went in with some friends and got an iced coffee ,black. It was outstanding! I rate it right with Starbucks. Only $2.23

“It's a 24-hour McDonald's the manager on 3rd shift does not like her job she lied about having the frappes lied about coffee lied about espresso which was all PS because she was too lazy and didn't want to have to clean the machine but as far as the rest of the crew went they were professional and did their job the way they were supposed to have“
“I'm here eating RIGHT NOW and my food is awesome! I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers (without pickles) and a 10 piece chicken nugget (the 10 piece nugget is 50% off today when you use the coupon in the app) . Either way, whoever made the nuggets cooked them absolutely PERFECT 💯! My cheeseburgers are quite tasty too and were made exactly how I ordered them. I'm very satisfied and I really appreciate the overall experience. Thank you crew for everything!“
“We waited at the curbside for 20 minutes. Finally went in to get the food, might have been waiting on the cookies ordered. It was busier inside than out, so I'll give them a pass. Food was good and employees helpful and polite, apologetic for delay. Still one of my favorite stores to frequent.“
