McDonald's in Jacksonville

“OMG We are thoroughly impressed with the complete 360 this McDonald's has taken in the last 6 months. 6 months ago it was literally the worst McDonald's in Jacksonville, serving cold food to the overnight shift cussing customers out and throwing stuff at us. Now we have been twice in one week and the staff is kind and courteous and efficient providing speedy service and hot, fresh food. Good job“

“I had a very rare pleasant experience early this morning! I used the app to order and went through the drive-thru. I had contact with three female employees. ALL THREE were pleasant, kind, and personable. Smiling. This is a first in my lifetime, and I'll be 60 this year. So I guess it's close to a miracle. Especially since my order was correct also! They should be thanked!
The only problem was that I used points to get a small coffee, but then couldn't order from the Deals section. I can understand not being able to use 2 deals, but not being able to use a deal and redeem points I earned in the same transaction is pretty ridiculous.
Just par for the course though. With the Monoply game, there were limitations on getting your prizes. Another ridiculous rule!
I love the biscuits and gravy, but today will be my last order for them. It's just one biscuit with some gravy, but it's almost $4!!
That's too high for what it is. I'll just start making my own, and freeze portions.
Also, I had some major issues at McDonald's locations in Miami last Fall that were never addressed. Not for my lack of effort.
So I continue to rarely visit McDonald's, and spend as little as possible.
That's the way it will remain. Maybe at some point, I'll boycott you completely. I've already done that with Subway, KFC, and Arby's. McDonald's deserves my boycott the most though. However, you've been a staple in my life, so you've gotten more chances.“

“This location at 404 Western Blvd has some of the nicest people in Jacksonville NC out of all of the McDonalds. We drove out of our way to come here for my son who has severe autism and only eats French fries. They always accommodate us when we show up a little early before the 11am time that lunch starts and they always make fries. We try to come at 11 on the weekends but we have special needs baseball at 9am and sometimes we are finished earlier than 11. He does not understand times but these people always make them whether it’s 10:50 or 11:05. Thank you for being understanding and kind. It goes a long way in this world for my boy and many like him.“

“I'm really wanting to give 5 stars to McDonald's. I'm sitting down inside waiting for my food. Of the three options given, the atmosphere, it's ok. The music is not good. I like using the wifi. though. The wait time is a bit long. They're all working in the drive-through.“

“What can I say? I walked in and was on my way with my orders in less than ten minutes. Everything was hot and freshly served. The manager realized I was a frequent visitor with my grand children. It was really hot that day. One of my grands replied grandpa I'm thirsty. Just then out of kindness from the manager they all received complimentary apple juices. It made their sunny day brighter. Thanks McDonald's.“

To work and was super busy and overwhelmed why the manager when back to there office during g this time not to do something important but to get away from how busy it was please hire leaders not people that fall under pressure I know it's hard but at least put your best food forward“
