McDonald's in New Bern

“I come to this McDonald's a lot to pick up Uber Eats deliveries. Today, I didn't order anything, but a very sweet employee gave me a complimentary cup for a cold drink. I wish I caught her name, but her customer service was fantastic and made my day!“

“I hadn't eaten at a Mickey D's in years because their quality and service have been lacking across the whole chain, not any particular location. I was in town visiting my mother - she's old so of course she lives in New Bern, New Bern has become the Florida of North Carolina, God's waiting room - and got her a Big Breakfast at this location. I was pleasantly surprised, the service was prompt and friendly and the food was made right. Also, the price point was reasonable - I figured with today's prices the meal would cost about 15 bucks, but it was about half that.“

“The young lady that helped us was so polite and very attention even more than her job duties required. I had my 4 grandbabies with me and well as my special needs son and niece and she made sure we were good. I appreciate her attention and hope she knows how well her care was received. I wish I knew her name in order to let her boss know but I don't. I also want to note that my granddaughter spilled her fries and she came to clean it up but we already had gotten them up.“
