As with all McDonald's ice cream machine was down. But when you ask before ordering and they check, they should not lie about. At least they let me replace ice cream with a caramel frappe.
We visited the drive thru for breakfast. We ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin, hash brown (my daughter commented on how it was nice and hot), 2 sausage biscuits, and a large sweet tea (she was kind enough to tell me all sizes were the same price, I almost ordered a small!!) Food is always good with Mcdonalds. But service can be terrible at times. When you order dine in, you get this little tent with a number on it so the employees can bring you the food you ordered, but instead of doing this they call out your number or name and expect you to walk up and get it. If this is a service we can use then it needs to be addressed that this is what should be done, instead of being lazy.
