I am a sucker for Jersey Mikes, the food is wonderful, just please remember to order, go in, and pick it up. DO NOT use door dash, they are horrible, but Jersey Mikes in Southport, is fantastic. The food is fantastic! The employees and managers are so kind, so friendly and the establishment is incredibly clean.
Once again, Whatever you do, DO NOT USE DOOR DASH! So you have a good experience. This restaurant deserves 5 stars all day everyday.“

“I was in MDs the other day eating my food. I kept hearing, a woman yelling in the background. I’m like, what in the world? This being said, I heard.. Great job y’all! Keep up the good work! Answering questions from employees/ customers. Also helping the new girl working the front register. Telling the cooks what a good job with keeping up with the drive thru rush! To hang in there! I loved it so much. Just from being an employee,. Not at McDonald’s but just in general. You don’t know how good it makes the employee feel getting compliments, & being encouraged.So here we are a week later, an I’m going thru the drive thru. I notice the voice, & again this woman complimenting & helping here fellow employees. I finally she opens the window again to hand me my items. I couldn’t help but ask her name.. She politely said “Vanessa”I then told her about my experience the other day while listening in, & again another great experience today. She told me thank you so much. I made her day! “Night manager is what he called himself hope after tonight when I speak to higher management he'll be fired! I call up there and ask him about why he said that when asked about the food being ready he said that the apps always wrong! Then he's going to say I don't pay his salary and laughs and hang the phone up! Unacceptable on all levels they should fire him immediately then the lady that picked the food up he told her it wasn't ready when it was ready then when she said told the other gentleman thanks for getting the food the manager guy tonight says don't come back c u n t! Management should fire him immediately immediately“
