“My roommate and myself went to KFC/Taco Bell after work cuz we were both tired & didn't feel up to cooking. We both got a chicken pot pie from KFC and I also got a beef chalupa & some strawberry twists from Taco Bell.And like always the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, that's not even counting how good the food was & how clean the restaurant was. My food is always fresh, hot and it tastes so good!!“
“Kayla waited on me an done a wonderful job always polite an smiling when I visit .but there was a rude customer who was cussing her like no tommorrow an she handled it so well even while trying to take care of all customers.shout out to u Kayla u surly went above an beyond if I had of been u I would have decked her.“
“I called for a pizza to be delivered which by the way thei pizza is as good as any but when they told me it was going to be an hour to a hour an a half we decided to go with someone else and the other pizza place had us a pizza made an delivered in 35 minutes and they were also very busy and the pizza&chicken was fantastic. No need in waiting over an hour for a pizza that's no better than any one else. The other pizza place was absolutely the best we've had from them and the chicken was so delicious. I will be calling the other pizza place from now on. Papa John's is now at the bottom of the delivery list. May pick up but will not call for delivery ever again. That's 5 times I've try to get pizza from them with such a long delivery time. Sorry papa you lose. Unless I just need a papadias which I do love an crave from time to time. “I was in MDs the other day eating my food. I kept hearing, a woman yelling in the background. I’m like, what in the world? This being said, I heard.. Great job y’all! Keep up the good work! Answering questions from employees/ customers. Also helping the new girl working the front register. Telling the cooks what a good job with keeping up with the drive thru rush! To hang in there! I loved it so much. Just from being an employee,. Not at McDonald’s but just in general. You don’t know how good it makes the employee feel getting compliments, & being encouraged.So here we are a week later, an I’m going thru the drive thru. I notice the voice, & again this woman complimenting & helping here fellow employees. I finally she opens the window again to hand me my items. I couldn’t help but ask her name.. She politely said “Vanessa”I then told her about my experience the other day while listening in, & again another great experience today. She told me thank you so much. I made her day! “I stopped here for a breakfast sandwich today. When k arrived the front door was kissing a handle and a very thin strip cord was what I had to grab. I didn't even know if they were open. When I finally got in the door, I asked about it and they said that an employee did it. Ok..weird? Anyways, the place was very clean and the man and woman working there were very nice. They didn't have any eggs ready so I waited a few minutes for them to heat it up. It never got all the way warm but it was still ok. The Lettuce was a little bit brown. It my sandwich was still great. I love the shopping center it is in because it has a good look to it.“
“I've been working in the area for 3yrs. This place is always understaffed which causes long lines in the drive thru and slow service inside. I've eaten here a handful of times mainly the taco bell portion. In comparison to other taco bell locations. There is quite a difference in how the food is made. I get specific items like for example the chipotle chicken ranch burrito. It's never been the same. Sometimes it's missing ingredients. I also like to get rice and bean burritos that have cheese in them. This location is extremely sparse as far as ingredients I've noticed this has been over a course of 3yrs. Idk if people aren't being properly trained or maybe they're being told to use minimal amounts in comparison to other locations. Other fast food places in the area have their own issues. If you're visiting and don't care and just want to eat food after a day at the beach sure go ahead. I recommend going up to shallote towards Myrtle Beach to the fast food locations there to get your money's worth if you care about how your food is made. That's just my personal opinion of the area and the service industry which could do a lot better with the amount of money people spend here to enjoy vacations, work life, and thriving in the area.Parking: If you don't want to park in the taco bell parking lot you can park right next to it in the shopping mall lot that is empty except for a few businesses.“
“Fast Food at Wendy's is "Fast Food at Wendy's." Truthfully lines were long there for a little while. But...... Only because no one wants to get paid Little money & deal with inconsiderate people/customers. You are customers of fast food! “Went in during the day on a Friday with a friend and was greeted by awesome servers!! We had the margarita and shark attack cocktails with some house chips and beer cheese w/a side of fries. Everything was wonderful! We were very pleased!! Inside was super nice, clean, and comfy! Can't wait to go back for a full-on meal!“
“I recently visited this location for the first time. I love Jersey Mikes and usually have a great experience dining in or to go. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and it was delicious. I would highly recommend it. Very nice employees and I didn’t have to wait long for my order to be ready. A little pricey for subs but otherwise great experience overall!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking that’s free and handicap spots available. Also is wheelchair accessible and on ground floor as it’s a one story building.“
“We ordered five subs for lunch at Jersey Mike's in Southport , NC. Everyone enjoyed our subs as the were exactly as ordered and tasted fantastic! The Service was extremely fast as their App listed our pickup time but I arrived 15 minutes early and our subs were ready for pick-up which I found remarkable in the middle of the lunch rush.There restaurant was very clean, well decorated, and had a nice flow.However, the most unique part of my experience was their people. I did not know how to order a Genoa Salami and Provolone sub with lettuce, tomato, sweet peepers, and oil and vinegar for a particular Grandpa as Jersey Mike's APP offered me no options to do so that I could discern. However, the cashier explained to me to pick a #3, and then add in the comments section exactly what our Grandpa desired. Ok, easy enough. But Jersey Mike's did not stop there. One of the young, and very kind sandwich makers came from behind the counter while I was standing in line waiting for Grandpa's sub to be made, and offered to show me in their APP how to order the Salami and Provolone sub. I thanked her but was extremely happy they were all so willing to teach me how to have a better experience in using their App.In my opinion, service does not get better than that. Best of all it was our younger American generation showing me the way. It is always the little things like kindness, and going beyond what is normally expected in a job that makes a customer remember your restaurant. I will not forget Jersey Mike's in Southport, NC as they are truly interested in helping you have the best experience possible when interacting with their team of very helpful of young professionals. Bravo!“
