It's been several years since we ordered Papa John's pizza. Now I remember why. Pizza was bland, no taste and not a value. Was hoping for better, because they deliver hot food. Very disappointed!
Made a mistake on my online order. Called the store and the employee I spoke with was extremely courteous and helpful and help me resolve the issue. Have ordered at this location before food is always quality and Service is always great.
I accidentally made a order, spent 35$ on some food to the WRONG papa johns... 45 mins away.
I called the Southport location and the manager 'Zoey' was super kind, and forgiving and didn't once hesitate to refund me my money because of my mistake...
